EDITOR'S NOTE:
This dream was written in 2004. It is the original dream that inspired the concept of Dream Stream Space.

In a world of confusion, malice, strife, and death, all lay still in an eerily quiet meadow. The concept of time, direction, nor the respect for the living does not exist here. Life did exist once here in this desolate place, once blooming with life. A forest once existed in this meadow, but every last tree has fallen and is now rotting, all except one. In the center of this eternal meadow is a scraggly and twisted lone tree. It is leafless, appearing completely devoid of any hints of life.

An evil presence lurks in this forsaken place, full of lost memories long dead yet with a horrific and deadly past; the memory of some horrible event seems to linger here. For it is this presence that the lone tree seems to be the source of; always watching, always waiting, always drawing one’s gaze towards it and ensnaring the passion of one’s heart in its potent grasp.

Nothing stirs in this unmerciful and desolate wilderness. All is quiet, something is ever-watching with sinister intent, endlessly waiting. In every possible direction from the tree, the meadow seems to stretch into an eternal darkness, and an eerie yellow light shines dully, giving little hope.

Suddenly, something stirs in the distance. Making no sound, it makes it way toward the lone tree, slowly, cautiously. Stepping over rotting tree branches, it comes into view. It is a lone wolf, glaring at the tree, barring its teeth at the tree in hate and anger. As it approached the tree with more vigor, it rapidly became overcome with fatigue and falls down, dead. Dead among the meadow of dead and rotting things, including other animals. The awful stench of rotting flesh and wood makes the air stale and old.

Something ghastly once happened here ages ago, if indeed, there even were ages. Throughout the ages, the meadow has claimed countless lives of any living thing save the grass that grows in it. Even the grass itself seems to be dying, fast turning brown. Those memories of past ages have not faded, always reminding any living creature that comes into this place of the evil that occurred here, never letting go, relentlessly oppressing and maliciously manipulating.

I did not know about this place - until it was too late. I have had horrible dreams of this place; the kind of dreams that causes one to perspire profusely and toss and turn restlessly in the deepest parts of the night. But I never once gave one thought as to if it was real or not. This place is a living nightmare, and I live here now, and there is no way to get out. So, please allow me to tell you of how I got here, so that you may avoid this wretched place of perpetual Purgatory.

One day, when I became aware of any perception of time, I was alone and pondering as to what else there was in this world. Indeed, there had to be more to this sleepy little town in the middle of nowhere. I lived alone, but I felt as though a part of me, or I a part whatever it was, was missing. I needed something to satisfy that deepest desire that was in my heart, though I was clueless as to what that desire even was.

The town I lived in was from a bygone era, now falling into a state of disrepair. My existence felt dull and drab, having no meaning or excitement. There were only a few businesses and shops, but most of the buildings were either abandoned or in a state of disrepair. On the outermost edge of the eerily quiet town was an old and abandoned station. Some of the locals said it was ‘cursed’ but I had no belief in any superstitions or folktales, nor did I follow any religion. My life was empty and without cause or purpose. I would merely exist and then die some day, and I was quite complacent with that sentiment. Why bother with anything else? Some said the station was once a train station, while others said it had been a bus station. I did not care what it was.

For years I had pondered and planned on leaving this town to find some other reason to live, if at all there was one. Today would be the day I would leave. As usual, I went to the station to think of where to go, and sat on one of the cracked and mildly eroded concrete benches. Once I was seated, I closed my eyes for a minute, and then opened them. I looked straight ahead of me to a barren meadow that appeared to have rotting things scattered as far as the eye could see. Far off in the distance, I caught sight of a sickly and scraggly tree, the only one anywhere in the field. As I caught sight of it, it suddenly had my gaze drawn to it, and I could not take my eyes off of it. I was rapidly overcome with fatigue and quickly dozed off.

I do not know how much time passed until I heard a familiar voice. The voice was beautiful, and that of my beloved girlfriend, Mandy. She was sitting next to me on the bench, her hand on my knee. I was quickly awake, and I took her in my arms and kissed her passionately. Mandy was very beautiful; slender, light brown hair and eyes, fair soft skin, and had the sweetest personality any man could ever wish for. She and I were both dressed in summer attire, as it was relatively hot day; she was wearing shorts and a sleeveless shirt, and I was wearing a light summer shirt and shorts.

I had grown up with Mandy in this town. We went to the same schools together, and we had been friends since early childhood. By now, we had been dating for nearly two years, and were madly in love with each other. Occasionally, we would sneak out of our homes and go to our secret spot, the old station. One night, we finally decided to simply leave our town.

In our secret moments at the old station, we shared our deepest thoughts with each other, and I learned that she had the same thoughts I did. She, too, wanted a life with a purpose and some sort of meaning. There was more, she knew it. I knew it as well. We would have to leave this town, together, to find out.

“Are we still doing this?” she asked.

I smiled at her and kissed her softly. She smiled back at me, and I knew she knew that meant “Yes.”

We sat there for some time, not saying anything to each other. Thoughts were running through both our minds. Feelings of uncertainty and endless unanswered questions raced through our minds for what seemed like hours. Why were we doing this? How do we know that we will even find anything? If we do find anything, what will it be and will it benefit us?

Suddenly, and to our great astonishment, a severely aged bus from perhaps many decades ago pulled up in front of the station. The bus was mostly orange with rust, and the wheels hardly touched the ground, which I found rather peculiar. It did not make much noise, except for the occasional squeaking and clanking of pieces of metal that were loose on the sides of the bus.

Mandy and I got on the bus. We had no idea where it went, but we did not care. Together, we would go where ever fate would take us.

There was a musty smell to the interior. It was evident that this bus was indeed seldom used and very old. Gossamer covered most of the seats and parts of the ceiling. There was an eerie presence about this bus, and I felt the eyes of people penetrating my mind's eye. The strangeness of it all was that there wasn't another soul on this bus. It was just the two of us. I couldn't help but feel that I was borderline paranoid and delusional.

The bus accelerated rapidly, but we hardly felt movement. Not much later, we soon fell asleep in each others’ arms, as the sun had set by now. In my subconscious mind as I slept, I did not recall sensing the bus making any turns or stops; it just kept going in one direction, unchanging. The next morning, the sun rose on the same side of the bus it had set on.

Mandy was still asleep when I observed the sunrise. Deciding not to wake her, I looked around the bus. At least that was unchanged from the night before. I looked toward the front of the bus, and I did not see a driver. Something was amiss; I could feel it, but I couldn't put a finger on it.

Disturbed and confused, I woke Mandy up several hours after sunrise. Shortly after she was awake, the bus came to an abrupt halt. She and I got off of the bus, and it quickly disappeared into the horizon. On one side of the road was the same field, but the lone tree was not there. On the opposite side was a thick and very old forest. The trees were dark and twisted; twisted as one would twist a roll of wet clay. The trees’ roots were entangled within one another, making it impossible to see the forest floor. There was a
dank and moldy odor to the forest, and the air was stale with aged dampness. It was a sickly place.

We started into the forest, perhaps to have some sort of adventure, we decided. The forest was on a slope which ended abruptly at the road. The slope was gradual, but it was still difficult to climb over the wet and slippery thick roots. Occasionally, I would catch Mandy if she stumbled.

After we made it to the top of the slope, we came to an overgrown path. This path had clearly not been used in many years, as the branches of the trees blocked most of it, and the grass and weeds that had grown up in the middle of the path. Out of sheer curiosity, we walked the path for some time, pushing brush out of the way as we went.

Eventually, we came to an abandoned building. It had been built in a ravine, and from what I could tell, it may have been an auditorium or some other recreational building. There was a door high up on the slope, which was level with where we were standing. We could see most of the roof, which was now caked in mud, leaves and branches. The windows were glazed with gossamer and dust, and the visible metallic parts were orange with rust. The air was stale and dry here, and eerily quiet and placid. Most of the trees immediately surrounding the building were completely dead and beginning to rot, and the living trees were a dull light green color; this place was the center of some bad memory, or the focus of someone’s nightmare. Whatever this place had once been, it’s mysterious past still lingered here.

Our curiosity got the better of us. I pried the door open, and it made a scratchy squeaking sound as I did so. Mandy and I went in, and it was very dark; the air was stale with a foul odor. In the dim light, I could see that Mandy was suddenly overcome with fatigue, and looked pale.

I looked for a place to lay her down to rest. The interior was a vast room, rectangular in shape. There rows with couches, chairs, benches, most anything used to sit on. The rows were stadium in style, and they were parallel to rows on the other side of the room. From floor to ceiling the height seemed to be around fifty feet.

Spotting a couch, I helped Mandy down to it, the third row from the floor. I laid her down, and as I did so, dust flew everywhere, causing both of us to cough. Feeling her legs as I helped give her support, I noted that her skin was cool and dry, yet I could tell she was breathing normally. As for myself, I could no longer stand the awful stench of that foul odor, and I went back outside for a minute.

After taking several deep breaths, I went back in to check on her. To my horror, I saw people sitting in various places and staring blankly into space. They were all pale and ghostly. I looked where I had left Mandy, and I noticed a cluster of them surrounding her. I hurried down, and as I did so, I realized that the place was filled with rotting animals. Their corpses were so many, I had to avoid stepping on any. Mandy was now sitting up like all the rest, with the few around her staring at her with malice and envy in their eyes. I wrapped my arms around her to carry her out, but when I did so, she vanished. She was no more.

Confused and frantic, I desperately looked around. There was no one there. Just me, and no other people. They, too, were gone. I felt an evil presence lurking in that ghastly place. There was no sounds to be heard, and I felt so alone; so desolate.

Suddenly, I thought I heard a movement in the upper corner of the room, and I quickly looked up. Briefly, and much to my dismay, I saw a black sulfurous cloud disappear through the wall.

I ran down the few steps to the base of the room and ran out into a hallway. The hall had windows caked in dry red stains, and the hall was littered with dead leaves, branches, and other unknown debris. I paused. As I began pondering what I had just experienced in the large room, I heard Mandy’s voice. It was faint, and echoed eerily throughout the hall.

Being able to discern where the voice was coming from, I began following her voice. Hoping desperately to find her, I paused to listen more intently. A few moments later, I could more clearly hear her voice. She was crying for me. I turned down another hall, a bit smaller than the one I was just in.

I stopped by a strange door. It was thick, and it looked similar to a vault door. This particular door was peculiar. There was condensation on it, and the door was in its early stages of corrosion. The handle was round, large, and bulky. I heard her call again, and touched the door. I pulled my hand away quickly, and I felt a chill of death ooze through my body. I found a rag nearby and pried the handle open. The door was very heavy, causing a grinding squeak to echo warily throughout the halls.

There was a narrow stairwell down to a lower level. I could see a light coming from somewhere within, so I cautiously walked down the stairs. When I came to the bottom, I saw Mandy sitting on a wooden table under a single glowing light bulb suspended from the dark ceiling. Everywhere else was utter darkness. Mandy had her legs crossed, and her hands behind her resting on the table. She looked pale, but at rest. We looked at each other, and I walked towards her.

“Save yourself!” She spoke in a faint, yet echoing manner. “Save yourself from this place!” She repeated this over and over.

I tried to take her in my arms, but when I did, my arms simply went right through her body. That is when I realized she was gone, and there was nothing I could do. I started back up the stairs, and looked back. She was standing now, and gave me a loving, hopeful look.

I went out of that place confused and greatly perplexed. I took the same path back to the road. But now there was no road. There was just a forlorn, empty field. By now, horrified at what had happened, I ran across the meadow for I do not know how long. Eventually, and to my horror, I cam to the same twisted forest. To some degree of relief, there was a road here. As soon as I crossed the road, the bus pulled up out of nowhere.

In a desperate hope to get out of there, I boarded the bus. It was the same one as before, but it traveled faster than before. All through the night I thought of what had happened. Where was Mandy now? Will I ever see her again? I was alone, and I did not know what to do.

The sun was rising now. It rose at an unnatural rate, and the bus slowed to a stop. As I got off, I noticed there was no driver. I turned and I was back at the old station. There in front of me was Mandy sitting on the bench. Overwhelmed and confused, I hurried towards her to embrace her. As I did so, I tripped and smashed my head into a nearby concrete bench. All went black.

I woke up and Mandy was sitting beside me on the bench. “You okay? You tripped and hit your head on that bench.” She pointed.

“Yeah, I’m fine,” I looked at her. “Where was I coming from?” I inquired.

“You were meeting me here, remember? You were late and hurried over here from your house.”

“Where are we going?” I had to know.

“Home.”

A bus pulled up next to the station. It appeared new, and we got on. We being the only ones on the bus, we sat toward the back of the bus. Suddenly, I had an eerie feeling of déjà vu. I took her in my arms and kissed her. The bus accelerated, and I can’t recall if there was a driver.

We drove all through the night. There were no stars; just a half moon that glowed an eerily dull yellow. The field, stretching into eternity, was unchanging. There was no sound, just the sound of Mandy’s breathing. I grew drowsy, and fell asleep.

Upon waking up, I was horrified at what I saw. For the once-clean bus was now dirty, musty, and dimly lit. I brushed the gossamer off of me, and woke Mandy up. She did not show any concern for the current environment.

“Don’t you think this is a little unusual?” I asked her.

“What is? I think everything’s fine,” she said flatly.

We stood up, and the bus slowed to a stop.

“Where are we?” I asked with a hint of fear and uncertainty.

“Home, of course,” she said simply.

We got off of the bus and stood by the road. There in front of us was that same dark, twisted, old forest. I turned around and saw the eternal meadow, but this was not exactly the same as before. For, there off in the distance was that same scraggly lone tree. This time, however, there was something different about it. The tree was not bare, but rather it was glowing red with a faint flame that did not burn it, and it seemed to have two penetrating eyes watching us. As it caught my gaze, I could feel its power piercing and
ensnaring the deepest parts of my very soul. Suddenly, I felt a high-pitched squealing noise in my ear, and I had a brief and ghastly vision of the tree up as if it were only inches from my eyes. The oppressing sensation quickly subsided, and I turned to face the forest. Mandy and I took each other’s hand, and we started into the forest.

It had been my false hope that I would enevitably find what I was looking for. Something that would fill my void and satisfy that hole inside of me. Perhaps I looked in the wrong place, and gave in. Perhaps my curiosity had gotten the best of me, my complacent and compliant attitude condemning me to this Purgatory. All I know now is that there may not be any hope for Mandy and me. We are lost in a place of limitless limbo, and where our desires and needs are insatiable. We are both unhappy, hopeless, and feel devoid of a bright future. It's as if something sinister is endlessly rotting and burning our very souls. We are in a land of error, a place of hellfire and fallacy.

It was dusk in a quiet and quaint little town somewhere in a hilly region, and I was sitting in a gazebo that was in a garden that surrounded a Victorian-era house that was being used as a bed and breakfast. Fireflies were gracing the garden with their enchanting luminosity, making the exotic plants seemingly glow. There was a little campfire in the center of the gazebo, and there were faces unfamiliar to me seated around it. They were discussing a rumor about three sisters who lived in the woods outside of town.

Listening intently to the conversation, the general consensus was that the three sisters were believed to be witches who were guilty of grotesque crimes against humanity. It wasn't clear what the crimes actually were, since none of them seemed certain of any details, or had even met them. They all agreed that the sisters were witches who were ugly monsters who deserved punishment.

Gossip and rumors were of no use or interest to me. My curiosity got the better of me, and I wanted to see the sisters for myself. So, I set off in pursuit of the truth. It was a clear night, and a full moon was out. For some unexplained reason, I felt compelled to follow it.

I came to the edge of town, where I could see a grove of trees beyond a large grassy meadow that on an incline. Following the moon, I began trudging through the meadow, and as I did so, the moon turned red and grew much larger on the horizon.

When I came to the edge of the grove, everything was lit with a reddish hue from the moon. Peering into the trees, I could see the ground was crimson with the grotesque contortions of dead animal and human bodies. Blood had been spilled, and it was everywhere.

Unphased and persistent in my mission to meet the sisters, I proceeded to enter the grove.

After a few paces in, the first sister appeared to me. She was a gorgeous blonde with blue eyes, pale white skin, and dressed all in black. We locked eyes, and it was evident that her soul was tired and in pain. She was no monster, and she was of pure intent. I felt worthy, chosen, seen and safe.

For a moment, we gazed into each others' souls. Then, I noticed how poofy and fluffy her hair was, and I was overcome with a desire to pet it. I reached out to stroke it, and the moment my hand touched it, everything went black and I passed out.

I woke up laying face down on the ground, surrounded by jumbles of bloody bones. The first sister was nowhere to be seen, so I got up and continued my journey deeper into the crimson grove.

As I briskly walked, I could see shadowy figures peering at me from the darkness. I knew I was being watched, but that wouldn't stop me from meeting all three sisters.

Then, the second sister appeared to me. She was a beautiful young brunette woman with deep brown eyes, dressed all in black. She had an enchanting, fantastically mystical aura about her. We locked eyes, and I beheld her youthful, playful innocence. She was no monster, and I felt rejuvenated being in her presence.

Suddenly, she flung her arms around me, embracing me tightly. She whispered something in my ear. I couldn't make out what she said, but it felt like a warning. Yet again, everything went black, and I passed out.

Upon awakening, I found that the second sister had vanished, and I quickly became aware of the growing shadowy threats that were closing in on me. Hastily, I got up and moved through the grove in search of the third sister.

After a few moments of frantic searching, the third sister appeared to me. Similar in appearance to the first sister, she was dressed all in black. Thinking she may have been a twin of the first sister, we locked eyes and we gazed at each other for a moment.

Becoming captivated by her enticing blue eyes, I was thrown into a trance. We fondled each other with heated passion, arousing a deep desire for soul-penetrating intimacy. She was no monster, and I felt a captivating excitement with her.

We both collapsed to the ground, and she threw herself on top of me. She pressed her boobs against my face, smothering it. Everything went black, and I passed out.

Jolted awake, I was dizzy from the shadowy figures circling me like vultures ready to feast upon a fresh carcass. The third sister had also disappeared, but now that I had met all three, I knew what they were like. Although satisfied with this, I still had unanswered questions. I needed to find them.

Quickening my pace, I came to a shallow pit deep in the grove. There, I found the three sisters standing around a cauldron, with the brunette in between the two blondes. They were now dressed in pure white silk gowns, standing barefoot in blood that oozed from the ground.

The ribs of humans and beasts were being boiled in the cauldron, and the sinister shadowy figures had encircled the pit, watching our every move. The sisters each took a rib from the cauldron, began eating them, and beckoned for me to come do the same. I did so, and as soon as I had a rib in my mouth, everything went white, and I was shown a vision...

The three sisters were in a courtroom being questioned and ridiculed for having unconventional beliefs and living a non-conforming lifestyle. Believed by the masses that they were a threat, the sisters were found guilty of merely existing, and condemned to death by exile.

An angry, hateful mob led the sisters to the grove, which was once a paradise thriving with diverse wildlife. There, the sisters cursed the mob, which morphed into shadowy figures, trapping them there for eternity. Multiple times, the sisters attempted to escape the grove, but each time they did so, the mob's shadow intensified, confining them to the grove.

As time flew by, the grove decayed and any living being - beast or human - that set foot within the grove was massacred and devoured by the mob's shadow, their bodies contributing to the grotesqueries of the grove.

Once the vision had ended, my understanding became less clouded. The sisters were not monsters. They were not the problem. They had been misunderstood and became trapped here by the hatred and judgement of others. However, I still didn't understand something.

Why hadn't I been destroyed and devoured by the shadows? What kept the hatred at bay?

The sisters answered and said that I was a seeker of truth, and those that pursue truth and understanding are worthy of being spared the grotesqueries of the grove.

They each pulled me close, placed my hand on their exposed chests, revealing that their hearts were open to mine.

Then, I smiled.

And then I woke up. THE END...?

Last night I had a passionate and fiery dream. Due to explicit content, this dream is rated NC-17.

I was wandering alone in a vast, endless countryside for what felt like weeks. The rolling hills of meadows and grassy fields and sparse trees stretched into eternity. Everything was dried up and dying.

Eventually, I found a dried up stream, so I followed it until I came to a villa that had an in-ground pool. Beside the pool, I found Reese Witherspoon next to it in a plain white bathing suit, and she seemed to glow from the sunlight.

The empty stream ran along the edge of the pool, and Reese was using a large spoon to transfer water from her pool into the empty stream bed.

Like an awkward weirdo, I sat and watched her doing this for hours. She eventually noticed I was there, and invited me to join her by the pool. I obliged, and asked if she wanted help with "spooning her water".

We connected immediately, and she was very warm and bubbly, and we talked about rumors. I told her I was looking for my lost love, and she was very supportive of that. She seemed to know my "lost love", and she started telling me about a rumor that my lost love was being coerced by an imposter to get re-married to her ex in order to hurt me.

I found myself turned on by Reese's support for my quest to find my lost love, and I became obsessed with her legs for some reason. I began massaging her legs and feet, and a passionate mutual desire developed between us. We jumped in her pool, and let's just say things got passionately wet!

When we were done, I got out of the pool, and found that the stream was now full of water and flowing. Magic!

Since I had been on foot up to this point, Reese gave me a black convertible to use for the rest of my journey. She told me to follow the stream and I'd find my destination.

I drove on a winding road that ran alongside the stream. As I drove, I saw doors of various styles and colors standing, scattered throughout the fields. Most were closed, but I could see a green paradise on the other side of the ones that were open.

At one point, I stopped, and saw a very distinctive double door that was wide open. I stared at it for a while, then continued driving. A little while later, I found a plain grey house that had people preparing for a wedding.

I stopped and explored the property. No one seemed to notice I was there. As I made my way through clusters of people, I noticed that some were happy to be there, while others looked like they had been forced to be there.

The wedding ceremony was about to begin, and I frantically looked everywhere for my lost love. Eventually, I found a jail cell inside the house, and in it was my lost love's sister and a water fairy. Both were crying, and I couldn't figure out how to open the cage.

Then, my lost love's ex came up to me and in a sinister tone, said that he owned my lost love. We were the same height, so I stood on my tip toes to appear bigger. I said that I couldn't be intimidated, and then I wandered off, continuing to look for her.

I went back outside, and found Reese Witherspoon in a heated argument with another woman that sort of looked like her, and Reese called her an "imposter". Reese punched the imposter in the boob, knocking her out. The crowd around her appeared to get restless and angry, so I ran back inside the house.

I found my lost love now inside the cage with her sister and the water fairy. My love looked like she had been beaten and was in pain, and I started crying. Enraged, I somehow destroyed the cage, and the four of us narrowly escaped the angry mob.

I couldn't find the car, so I led them through the fields to the open double doors. When we got to them, we all stopped, reluctant to go through. I could see a green, lush paradise on the other side.

Suddenly, a sense of dread came over me, and I looked back and saw a darkness descending on the horizon, and wildfires were buring the eternal fields. The mob was now burning in agony, crying out for help.

Not looking back, the four of us went through the double doors, crossing the threshold into the green, lush paradise. I closed the doors, leaving the dying, buring world behind us.

A little ways off, I saw Reese standing next to a single closed door, holding her spoon of water. She poured the water on the ground, and a pure white flower bloomed at her bare feet.

We all started a new journey together, exploring this unknown, untrodden, pathless paradise.

Then I woke up. THE END.

I was living in a quaint little cottage that was isolated on the outskirts of a small town that was surrounded by endless flat fields in the middle of nowhere. Standing in my yard, I could see people in the town wandering around and socializing, so I called out to them, but they all ignored me, and I felt a sense of dread.

Leaving my home behind, I wandered the streets of the town alone, trying to warn them of a coming storm, but they ignored me, and I knew I was unwelcome. I went back to my cottage, ostracized.

Suddenly, two young girls came knocking at my door. When I answered, they just stared at me with an empty gaze with their black lifeless eyes, and I knew something was off. After an intense staring contest ensued, they finally spoke in an eerie tone, telling me that I was needed at the abandoned factory on the other side of town, and to bring water and my camera because their friends were "thirsty". Then they ran off.

Knowing something was wrong, I grabbed my camera and a pack of water bottles and got on my blue bike and pedaled to the abandoned factory. As I rode through town, I noticed that all the plants were dead, and all the buildings were broken or damaged. The townspeople were restless and threw concrete blocks at me as I rode past, but they kept missing.

Once I arrived at the derelict factory, I saw dark, ominous storm clouds on the horizon, heading in my direction. There was a group of teenage punks exploring the factory. I set my pack of water bottles on the ground, and when I tried to let them know it was there, I was ignored. So, I decided to just explore the place and take pictures. As I was doing so, I could overhear them shouting praises of the greatness of being abandoned and neglected.

As the looming storm was approaching, I felt that they were in danger and kept trying to warn my fellow explorers of the impending threat. But... you guessed it... I was ignored.

When the storm arrived, it brought chaos down on the town. There was intense thunder and lightning and hurricane-force winds and torrential rain and hail. Hiding in the factory, I couldn't see anything, but I could hear the destruction.

Many hours later, the storm dissipated, and I could see clearly again. Emerging from my hiding spot, I saw that the whole town had been made anew. The plants were alive and thriving, the buildings looked newly remodeled, and the people seemed at peace. When I got back to my cottage, I found that it was destroyed, and I had no home. I sat in the ruins of my home and cried.

Then I woke up. THE END...?

Flying high in the air minding my own business, I could see I was over a hilly region, possibly somewhere in the Appalachian Mountains. There were rivers and streams flowing, and I looked and saw an abandoned factory that looked like a fusion of ancient Greek ruins fused with a turn of the century factory. It was built on the slope of a mountain, and there was a stream running through the middle of the ruined factory.

Out of nowhere, an unseen entity that was dark and formless appeared and attacked me, causing me to fall to the earth. I crashed into a pile of rubble next to the factory, but I was somehow unharmed. I got up as if nothing had happened, and began exploring the derelict factory.

As I explored inside the factory, I found that the stream was running uphill, defying the laws of gravity. The unseen entity appeared suddenly again, pushing me into the stream, which swiftly carried me uphill.

I found that the stream was carrying me toward some dangerous rusty machinery at the upper end of the factory. Just then, my lover Kat appeared next to the stream wearing a black and pink bathing suit, looking sexy as hell. She ran ahead and jumped into the stream in an attempt to rescue me. However, when she jumped in, she became a pink cat wearing a black bikini. She looked angry, because she was now a WAP who couldn't help me.

We were both carried to the dangerous equipment, but we slipped through the rusty entanglements unharmed. The stream carried us outside the factory, further uphill. The stream leveled out at the top of the hill, but then began flowing faster down the other side.

When we came to the bottom of the hill, the stream levelled out in a valley. Kat's sister Rebekah appeared next to the stream, also in a black and pink bathing suit. She dove in to save us, but she also became a cat. So now there were two identical angry WAPs in the stream.

Eventually, the stream fed into a wide river that was hundreds of feet across. It grew increasingly turbulent, full of wild rapids. We came to the base of another mountain where the river ended abruptly at the base of a cliff, which was full of confusing cascades. Half the cliff had a waterfall cascading downward, while the other half had a gravity-defying cascade flowing upward and evaporating into clouds.

We managed to swim our way through the confusing current to the shore near the base of the mountain, and once we got out of the water, the sisters returned to their human form. I embraced them both at once. Kat asked Rebekah what took her so long, and she said she was busy arranging flowers in her flower shop. The sisters started bickering about which type of flower was most perfect.

As they were arguing, Evanna Lynch showed up, breaking up the cat fight. She told us that our water fairy was imprisoned in Tyrannyville for being "inappropriate", and that she was dying from starvation and dehydration.

Evanna led us up the mountain, and when we got to the summit, we saw Tyrannyville in the valley below. The town was on fire, and there was civil unrest and the people were burning. Enraged with anger and wrath, I began my journey downhill into the chaotic valley below.

Then I woke up. THE END...?

Walking alone along an overgrown trail that followed the bank of a local river, I came to a bizarre-looking apartment building that looked like something out of a Guillermo del Toro dark fantasy film. There was a sinister presence about the place.

The place was in a derelict state, obviously abandoned. There were two identical black and white cats with blue eyes, both wearing red lace bows around their bellies. They were sitting in front of the main door, which was wide open.

I started to approach them, but then they both ran inside, and I chased them into a hall that was a hodge-podge of doors that were of various shapes, sizes, and colors. The doors were all closed and rotting.

As I chased the two cats, they were always within reach, but no matter how close I came, I could never capture them. All I wanted to do was pet them.

I chased them through a maze of hallways, which became increasingly smaller in size. The hodge-podge of doors became small enough to the point where I had to crawl through the hallway.

I eventually became stuck, but managed to squirm my way through the mess of closed doors, never being able to catch up to the cats.
The cats disappeared into the darkness, and it was all hopeless. I found myself endlessly waiting in a dark, derelict hodge-podge maze of closed doors.

Then I woke up, fell back asleep, and had another dream...

I was driving a blue 1969 Dodge Charger that had yellow stripes. Something was wrong with it, but I didn't know what. I drove to my mom's house, which had a very large, old garage attached to the back. I pulled into the garage, and inside, there were several mechanics, who began taking the car apart. I wandered around, and went across the street to a 2-storey house because I wanted to sell my web development services to them.

A pair of sisters answered the door, one a redhead, the other a brunette. They invited me inside, and I talked for hours about database design. The brunette wandered off upstairs, but the redhead started seducing me. I followed her into their living room where there was a blank wall and an old retro TV (from the 80s maybe). There was only a large red pillow on the floor in front of the TV. I laid down on my back, and the redhead turned on the TV. At this point, I felt something was wrong and that I was in danger.

On the TV, there was a documentary of an old, abandoned factory. As I watched, I became mesmerized by what was on the screen, and soon fell asleep.

I then found myself inside the factory that was on the TV. As I wandered around the abandoned factory, a police squad came out of nowhere and began chasing me. I could hear a voice saying they were to take down a lone, rogue wolf. I jumped out of a broken window and landed in a faraway field, isolated.

Then... I "woke up", and found myself in front of the TV which was now off. The redhead was now wearing a red silk mini dress, and she got on top of me and pulled off my clothes. I was now only in my blue and yellow underwear.

Just then... *CRASH!!!* My crush and her sister came bursting through the empty wall, obliterating it, creating a gaping hole. They looked PISSED OFF, standing there in identical black and white yoga outfits. Their hair was extra floofy.

I then heard the brunette yell from upstairs, "Are you done yet?!". The redhead was clinging onto me, and I wanted to get away. I managed to push her off, and she began to cry and I felt bad. I embraced both my crush and her sister and kissed them both passionately. I then turned around to look for a way out, and when I turned back, both of them were now extra fluffy black and white cats that had tiny wings and were floating. I put one arm over each of them, and they whisked me away through the hole they made.
So there I was... carried away by a floofy winged cat pair, flying through the air, only in my underwear.

A flock of birds began chasing us, and I fell into a river. I swam to shore, and began walking along the river, until I came to a familiar abandoned apartment building, where the two cats were waiting outside an open front door, but they no longer had their wings.

I had a fevered dream of a growing dread and anxiety about the unknown future.

Living peacefully in an isolated forest cottage deep in an enchanted wood, I was living the fantasy of isolation and seclusion, blissfully unbothered. The interior of my quaint home was well-kept and clean. I felt healthy and stable.

For days on end, I would stare out the window where I would catch a glimpse of various woodland critters passing by. They would stare back at me, and this began happening on an increasing basis. Eventually, I grew uneasy, as I felt I was being monitored by unknown and malicious forces.

One day, I decided to leave the confines of my shelter, and discover the reason for the watchful eyes. Stepping outside, I saw numerous paths leading away from my cottage into the forest in various directions. Having no clue which path to take, I chose one that followed a small river.

The path was easy to traverse at first, as there were minimal inclines. The river wove through an ancient forest that had a thick underbrush of thorned bushes and entangled vines. The path became a narrow trail overgrown with the underbrush, and I cut myself on the thorns as I brushed past.

After a few miles, I began to feel irritated from the scratches, and I grew ill and weary. Suddenly, I found that the trail widened into a road that led me to a clearing in the woods. At the center of it was a large boulder that had ancient stone steps that wrapped around it, seemingly leading nowhere.

Tired, I climbed the steps and laid down atop the boulder to rest. It occurred to me that the boulder I was now sitting on was marbled with gold and emerald. Amazed at the great wealth the boulder contained, I wanted a piece of it. I knocked loose a gold nugget and emerald stone, and pocketed them.

Suddenly, I heard a rustling in the thicket that surrounded the clearing. From it emerged a multitude of small, ghostly creatures, who stood only a couple feet tall. Looking closely, I could see that they were wood elves, their eyes glowing greenish-yellow in the dim light. The slender and shriveled creatures stood still and motionless, staring at me. They all looked sickly and sinister, and their garments were made of the fur of various woodland animals.

Not knowing what to do, I just sat there, waiting for something to happen. After a few moments of eerie silence, one of them stepped forward. He appeared to be the leader, as we was somewhat larger in stature than the rest.

In a deep and raspy voice, he introduced himself as Eldritch, the elder of the Elmwood elf tribe. He pointed at me and accused me of robbing them of their livelihoods, and that I was not welcome there.

Ignorant as to what they were talking about, I got up to leave. As I did so, I noticed that a green mold immediately began growing on the boulder. Thinking nothing of it, I made my way back to my cottage. Evening had set in, and it was now dark. Feeling sickly and weak, I laid in my cottage bed until I drifted off to sleep.

As light hit my eyes, I awoke with a start and I now felt worse than the night before. Something was very wrong. There was a greenish tint coming from the windows. I looked out, and I saw that the green mold had spread and was now covering absolutely everything. It was everywhere, and now the whole world looked gravely ill, rotting away with the sickness.

A sense of dread and anxiety came over me. I knew I had somehow caused this, and that I was being watched. Fearing that the sickness would come inside the cottage and overtake me, I hid in the attic.

Sulking in the shadows of my solitude, I contemplated the reasons for my dread and why the world was dying. Was I indeed responsible for killing it? Was I somehow the cause for this suffering? Was I guilty of causing the decay and rot? Would there be a future?

The despair of the sickness spread into the attic, enveloping me. I could feel myself being consumed by the sickness, and my existence decaying into a hopeless oblivion.

What felt like many years had now passed, and somehow, I was still alive. I woke up in my attic, but much of the roof had collapsed in. My house now looked like it had been abandoned decades ago, as it was now in a derelict state. The green mold was now gone. I looked around and saw that much of the forest and everything that was once green, was now brown and long dead. There were no clear paths as there had been before.

Realizing I still had the gold nugget and emerald stone with me, I decided to return them to the Elmwood boulder where I had found them. I followed the river, which was now dried up. I trudged through a barren wilderness until I found the boulder.

The sinister wood elves were nowhere to be seen, and I no longer felt like I was being watched. The world was now barren and dead, having long since been consumed by the dread of the sickness of which I had apparently caused.

Weary from my journey, I once again climbed the steps to the top of the boulder. I replaced the gold nugget and emerald stone back into the boulder, and I rested.

As I rested, a few sprouts sprung up from a few cracks in the boulder. It was now time for myself, and for the world, to heal and grow anew. It was time for the Earth to be reborn.

Then I woke up. THE END.

This triggering dream was about "saviors" scaring "sinners" into submission.

Somewhere in a sandy desert, I was secretly making my way to a city somewhere in Egypt. I was dried out, and I came to an oasis that had rich, lush vegetation and plentiful purple passion fruit scattered everywhere, surrounding a small lake.

I ate a passion fruit, then I felt compelled to get naked and swim in the lake. I did so, and after I was in the water for a while, a gorgeous dirty-blonde woman with blue eyes got in with me.

We swam playfully in circles around each other, stirring up the water, making a whirlpool. Swept away in erotic bliss and passion, we went wild in the whirlpool.

Once we were happily finished, we laid on the shore and she said that she had a sister named Katherine who was stolen away by a cult of so-called "Saviors". She wanted me to join her on a quest to leave the oasis and save her sister from the "Saviors", and I agreed.

Just then, a whirlpool stirred the lake up again, and a winged black and white cat flew out of the depths. It landed on the shore, where it spoke to us. It said that it was a guardian water fairy from the Underworld, and that it would show us the path to find "The Pure One".

So, we followed the winged cat through the desert until we came to a small town that had a great pyramid nearby. The streets were filled with crowds, so we had to push through to keep up with our flying guide.

We came to the base of the pyramid, and I saw that it was sitting atop a mound of sand. The blocks appeared loose and unstable, and the pyramid looked like it was about to topple.

At the top of the pyramid was a sharply-dressed man speaking. He obviously had an influence on the crowds, coming across as a "Savior", and they seemed to applaud his stamina and message of hatred of the unconventional minority. He spoke at length about how the non-religious were "sinners" needing to be punished for their nonconformity and free-thinking nature.

The flying cat landed on a nearby house that appeared derelict, and so my lover and I went inside. The house was empty, except for a pile of various weapons. I made note of this, and we went back out into the streets to look for Katherine in the crowds.

Eventually, we found her in an alley handing out pamphlets to random people, warning them about the dangers of living freely. She noticed me and her sister, but she didn't seem to acknowledge our presence, ignored us, and went about passing out pamphlets.

Then, I noticed she was being watched from the shadows by religious leaders who were waiting next to open cages. It occurred to me that she was being coerced into being a confined alley Kat.

Both of us pissed off, my lover and I went back to the house. There, we rumaged through the pile of weapons, where we both found bazookas. Both of us being badass armed with bazookas, we stormed outside and found a spot where we could get a clear shot of the pyramid.

Telling her to aim for the base of the pyramid, we both pulled the trigger. The rockets burst forth, bombing the base. The pyramid began to crumble, and and an avalanche of blocks tumbled into the streets, creating panic and mayhem in the crowds.

Through the chaos, we found our way back to Katherine, where we found the winged cat perched on her shoulder. Her watchers were nowhere to be found, and she was now free to leave the confines of the alley.

So, the three of us made our way back out of the small town and into the desert. The water-fairy-cat led us back to the paradise of the oasis, where we would be free to live our lives in peace and swim in the whirlpool of a blissfully endless dream.

Then I woke up. THE END.

I had a wet dream about triggering taboo topics, tempers, and a tempest.

I was living in a highrise concrete condominium, surrounded by a tropical jungle. It sat next to an inlet that was connected to a vast, placid lake. There were other brutalist style condo towers scattered around the lake. On the south end of the lake was an ancient levee built of concrete blocks that were overgrown with vines. The levee held back the lake, which was near the shore of the ocean. Between the ocean and levee was a small river connecting the two bodies of water.

For some reason, I knew it was illegal to have sex or have any kind of intimacy outside of marriage. This pissed me off, so I decided to be a rebel. One day, I decided to start my own smuggling service and traffic condoms from my condominium. I created a closet in my condo, where I would stash my condom supply.

I went down to the basement of my condo tower, where there was an underground market of various illicit items. Over the course of several weeks, I bought boxes of various types and colors of condoms, and stashed them in my closet.

One day, I decided to go outside and fish in the nearby inlet. I caught what, at first, I thought was a fish. It turned out to be a mermaid who appeared to be in her early teens. She had deep brown eyes, brunette hair, and had a purple tail. She said her name was Ly, and that she was a water nymph.

Ly had a mysterious aura, yet she was playful and curious. As she floated in the water as I sat on the dock, we answered questions about each others' worlds. We naturally connected on a deep level, despite our difference in age and species.

Suddenly, she grew terrified, and said that she wasn't allowed to speak to humans, and then she disappeared into the murky water. Disappointed and saddend at the sudden and seemingly unnecessary disconnection, I returned to my condo on the 27th floor. There, I went out onto my balcony, where I saw two winged cats perched on the railing. One was all white, the other all black, both had blue eyes and wings like that of a hawk. Both had envelopes in their mouths, which contained orders and payment for condoms from other condos. I filled the envelopes with the requested condoms, and the cats flew away to deliver them. This was how it started.

Every day for years, the winged cats would be purched on my balcony railing with new condom orders. I would fill their orders, and the cats flew away to deliver them to the other nearby condominiums. I was now a rebellious condom smuggler. Every day, however, I thought about the mysterious mermaid I had met years before. Was she safe and happy?

After a while, I decided to make my smuggling efforts more discreet. I decided to hide the condoms inside cookies. So, I upgraded my kitchen in order to accomodate the growing demand for smuggled condom cookies.

Then one day, Cara Delevingne appeared at my door. I let her in, and she said that she wanted to place a catering order for condom cookies for a commercial she was shooting. The order was large, so I explained that my caterer cats would need some time to deliver all the condom cookies. With both of us in heat and deeply desiring each other, she said she had to quickly get back to set. We kissed with a fiery passion, and had ourselves a quickie right there on the kitchen counter.

After Cara left, the winged cats began delivering the order, carrying batches of condom cookies in paper bags in their mouths. They took multiple trips, and it would take them the rest of the day to process the order.

Tired from all the condom cookie baking, I decided to go down to the nearby nude beach. I was the only one there, so I got naked and laid on my black towel which had a hot pink cat pattern on it. Having some padding on my belly with no sign of a six-pack, I laid face down, feeling vulnerable, with my bare buns exposed to the sun.

After some time allowing my buns to toast and my weiner to roast, I saw the winged cats perched on a branch near the beach watching me. Then... I saw Ly swimming toward shore, and I was relieved to know she was still alive.

Ly emerged from the water, fully nude and vulnerable, just like me. It had been years since I had last seen her, and she had grown into a young woman, ready to take on the world.

She smiled warmly at me, and said that she had missed me and had been thinking of me. I said I had done the same, and she lay down beside me. I took her in my arms and we lay there together naked and vulnerable for hours, sharing the intimate and innocent feelings and thoughts we had over the years since our initial meeting, and all felt right and natural and as it should be.

As we laid there, it occurred to me that she no longer had a tail, but was now two-legged and could walk on land, and I asked her about it. Ly explained that the other mermaids had ostracized her because she was different from them. As she grew, she had developed the preternatural ability to leave the confines of the lake and connect with humans. She was evolving into a water fairy who could be of both man and mythical creature. The other merpeople were envious of this, so they resented and ostracized her because of it. Our love was considered taboo, since we were of different worlds and our age difference was "too great".

It was evident that she was ready to be with me, and I felt the same about her. The timing felt right, and we naturally connected, being beautifully vulnerable with each other, naked and innocent.

She straddled me, and massaged my squishy tummy, kneading it like a cat massages a pillow. I playfully asked if she wanted me to "squish" her. She stood up, and led me by the hand into the lake water.

Just then, the two perched winged kitties flew away, and a storm began to brew. Ly and I were alone in the water, and the excitement of the new storm began to stimulate our senses. It was as if our presence together in the mythical lake was triggering turbulence!

Feeling hotly stimulated with a newfound excitement of fiery lust, desire, and spiritual connectedness, we embraced and kissed with an uncontrolable passion. We were both ready for this moment, ready for our bodies and our worlds to unite and become as one. We were both ready to love and to live.

The waves crashed violently against the levee, weakening the embankment that blocked the limiting lake from spilling into the nearby sea. The tempered tempest seemed hellbent on trying to tear us apart, and Ly and I held onto each other, and the hope of our healing hearts that our future together would bring.

Then, I saw the two winged cats fly overhead toward the levee, which was about to burst. Both of us breathing deep and heavy, Ly and I both reached an explosive orgasm of profound ecstasy! Just as we did so, a tsunami came and swept us toward the levee. The wave crashed into it, obliterating it, and the lake burst forth from it, flooding the river that led to the sea.

We were carried away, freed from the confines of the limited lake life, and we were brought to the vast sea where our newfound romance would no longer be restricted and tempests of taboos and tempers could no longer tear us apart.

I had a scary dream about a sinister slug and a sea cove.

Apparently some time in the distant future, mankind had established a human colony on an alien world that was mostly similar to Earth. The planet's sun was much larger, but much dimmer, giving an orange hue.

The colony I was living in had a few hundred dome-shaped homes of various sizes and colors, situated at the confluence of two rivers, which formed a larger third river that fed into the sea a few miles away.

Being in my late twenties, I was a single parent with two identical twin daughters and a son, all three around 7 or 8 years old. A few years prior, I had a wife that vanished one day for unknown reasons. No one in the colony knew anything about it, and she was believed dead. The day she disappeared, we had fought about something petty and my anger flared up and she left to get some space. I never saw her again, and for years, guilt and anxiety became insidious within me.

One day, I decided to explore the nearby sea shore with my children. We rode bicycles on a trail that followed the river down to the sea, which ended on a wide sandy beach. We occasionally stopped to rest and stare at the sea.

We came to a sea cove that had a small beach of it's own. The cove was round with turquoise water, surrounded by cliffs that had a few caves. This was a peaceful place to play, so I let my children swim while I sat on the shore. I would occasionally look across the cove toward the inky black cave entrances, and I got an uneasy feeling that something was watching us from the void.

After a few hours, it began to get dark, so it was time to leave the cove and go back home. When we tried to do so, we found that the tide had come in and the beach was fully submerged. The cliffs were almost vertical and too steep to climb. We were trapped in the cove.

In the fading light, I was deeply startled as I suddenly spotted a shadowy figure peering out at us from one of the cave entrances. It had the shape of a slug, with grotesque limbs and a clammy hide. This nightmarish slug creature seemed to shift and contort it's shape in a subtle manner.

Instinctually, I knew something was very wrong, and I needed to get my children to safety. We decided to just swim out of the cove into the open water and find the nearest shore from there. As we swam out, I looked back and saw that the slug had vanished.

As we made our way into the open water, the current became overpowering, and we were all pulled further out to sea. My children began crying, and I was helpless to prevent them from drowning. The waves grew larger, and I no longer heard nor saw my children anywhere. The sea had claimed them, and I felt myself sinking...

I awoke laying on the shore of the cove's small beach. It was early morning, and there was a naked wet woman with jet black hair kneeling over me, staring at me with enchanting green eyes. It was my wife, but it didn't feel like her. Something was very wrong and I wanted to get away, but also, part of me had hope that it was really her.

This woman was seductive, beautiful, and charming. We chatted at length about all the future memories we'd make together. She never once mentioned our children, which caused my suspicions about her true nature to deepen.

She kept bringing up our last fight. I emotionally told her that I couldn't remember what I had even been angry about, and that I had felt guilty for her disappearance. I knew I was sluggish and stubborn in some things, but I wanted her back.

As I expressed my remorse for the past, she seemed to react coldly with a nonchalant attitude. She persisted on the point that she wanted to build a future with me - just us - alone in the caves of this cove. This greatly amplified my suspicions that she was an imposter that couldn't be trusted. I knew that my real wife had been much more empathetic and forgiving. This was not my wife.

Pushing her away, I ran into the caves to hide. Inside, I found countless bones of various creatures, including humans, piled up along the walls of cave tunnels and passages. Amongst them, I found my wife's clothes and jewelry. In anger and sorrow, I realized that this creature mimicked anyone it destroyed or devoured.

Behind me, I could hear a slithering sound approaching me. With dread, I went deeper into the caves. I hid behind a boulder, and I saw the imposter in her true form... a monstrous shape-shifting slippery slug of the shadows.

After the slug slithered past me, I found a tunnel that led me up and out of the cove's cliffs. I could see the colony a few miles away, and I saw a family entering the cove on bicycles. Then, I saw the secretive sinister slug emerge from her cave and she began to entice the family to follow her into the caves, and there was nothing I could do.

Then I woke up. THE END.

The following dream was about my dad who has been dead for nearly 6 years (at time of this writing), and this was the only dream I can recall that I've had of him since he passed away. It was deeply unsettling, as it felt ominous and just... wrong.

I was dreaming about the neighborhood I grew up in as a child. The world was in a reddish hue, and the overall energy was that of anger and aggression. I was playing with other children, and I knew that they were angry and manipulative in the games we were playing. We rode our bikes to a nearby abandoned brewery that was next to a cliff that dropped off into a river. Aware of what games they were playing, I became careless as I angrily chased the others around. I lost my balance and fell off the cliff into the river below. Just as I was about to hit the water below, I woke up...

I found that I was now an adult, much older than I am now, perhaps in my 50s or 60s. It was night, and I was living alone. My house was in the same neighborhood as my childhood one, but it was the only house around that was still standing. The world appeared to be a shadow of itself, dark and cold and silent.

The atmosphere and energy was dead, and my home sat silent and forlorn. I was isolated, uneasy, anxious, and angry. It had been many years since I had allowed anyone in, and I knew that no one knew if I was alive or even existed at all. I was merely existing in exile, having long since been a background character in everyone else's life stories. This decision causes a disasterous ripple effect in the economy, leading to it's inevitable collapse. Roughly 85% of the population becomes unemployed, businesses collapse and close, and religious organizations dissolve into oblivion. Crime skyrockets, and the whole world becomes a dystopia of dysfunction dominating the economic, political, and moral landscape.

Fast forward to 2285, and I am, somehow, younger and I am now in my late 20s. After decades of being a dictator making dumb decisions about controling peoples' private lives through gang stalking and spying, I had caused chaos among the masses, and I was removed from office years before. I was now a hobo vagabond who humped every hoe I could find, spreading my seed. I was deplorable and guilty of being a predator and I was banned and ostracized.

Everywhere I went, buildings were burning or sat in neglect and decay, and I wandered alone through the streets of sinister secrets and illicit ills. Years had gone by, and those years of power and prosperity were a former life. The people were happy to have witnessed my collapse.

I was now ready to settle down and find a home. With jobs being scarce, I decided to exploit myself so I could earn money to buy a house. I made naughty videos with random strangers, which were sold for profit. Once I accumulated enough funds, I got in touch with a realtor.

One of my unrealistic utopian rules as former dictator was that all houses could only be white. As a result, many houses had been demolished as punishment for noncompliance. This led to a housing crisis, so finding a house was nearly impossible. It took a while for my realtor to find me an available home. Once one was found, I was shown the only available house in the region. After a quick look around without paying attention to the details, I made a snap decision to buy the house immediately.

Once I moved into my new home, I found that it lacked a bathroom. There was absolutely no toilet, tub, or even a towel rack anywhere to be found in the home. Realizing that I had yet again made a dumb decision, I became stressed and full of anxiety.

I went to a nearby abandoned high school in hopes of finding a working bathroom and shower. Inside, I found hallways full of horrors and grotesqueries where hobos were cooking human ribs in crockpots and kettles. Cannibalism was rampant, and everyone was eating each other.

Being as discreet as possible, I found a locker room. I just barely made it into a stall not a moment before I had an expansive episode of explosive diarrhea! My bowels made noises that were comparable to that of the first nuclear bombs being dropped at the start of World War III decades earlier.

Relieved of my load, I cleaned myself in a hot shower and made my way back to my home. Once I arrived, I saw that the front living room window had been broken out, and there was a pile of naked people having an orgy in my living room. I tried to join in on the fun, but I was denied access because of how guilty I was of being a predator, and I was ostracized from my own home.

I wandered the world alone, destitute and desolate, hopeless that I would ever find a home where I truly belonged.

I had an enchanting dream about a wizarding world in which I was obsessed with root beer.

After a long flight across the Atlantic, I found myself at a small airport in a small town in Ireland. I went to the Visitor's Center where I found a couple pamphlets on how to hunt and capture a Phoenix, and how to do root beer harvesting in the surrounding enchanted forests.

Although I had actually come to Ireland to collect various types of root beers that I knew could be harvested in the Irish countryside, I was intrigued by the idea of also capturing a mythical creature. So, I rented a car and drove throughout the Irish countryside, looking for the right forest to explore.

Eventually, I found a quiet and quaint village that sat on the edge of an ancient forest. I parked my rental car at the end of a road that had a gate that lead to a path leading into the forest. I grabbed my backpack and followed the unfamiliar path into the fantastical forest.

Unfamiliar with how to hunt a Phoenix and harvest root beer, I consulted my pamphlet. There wasn't a lot of information on it, just some basic tips.

I noticed that some of the older trees had root beer bottles protruding from the roots at the base of the trees. Some of them were green, others brown. I tried to pick a green bottle, but it broke and the root beer spilled out. Was there a technique to this?

Just then, I saw Evanna Lynch coming down the path toward me. She had black hair, went barefoot, and was dressed in a pure white gown. She gave me the warmest smile, and she glowed like the moon amongst the dark forest. As she approached me, I felt safe and warm.

"You're doing it wrong," she said plainly. "Don't yank on it. You have to use both hands to twist and pull, so the bottle doesn't break." She demonstrated this by picking a brown bottle effortlessly.

I thanked her, and I tried to pick another green bottle. I tugged on it, but it was stubborn and I ended up breaking it. As I did so, Evanna gently touched my arm and said that the green ones were not ripe. So, I tried my luck at a brown bottle, which came loose easily.

Again, I thanked her, and asked her name. "Luna", she said as she looked into my eyes. I found her voice enchantingly soothing. We locked eyes, and her blue eyes were as sapphires, and I could see this was a rare, pure soul who I desired to connect with.

I asked if she knew anything about how to capture a Phoenix. She took my hand and guided me away from the path, deeper into the woods. As we glided though the brush, she took me to a large nest that rested at the base of a massive ancient tree. There were orange and bright red feathers scattered around it, and she picked some of them up and put them in my hand.

Luna explained that it wasn't necessary to capture a Phoenix since they are highly elusive creatures. Instead, a new one could be grown by adding purple root beer to the feathers. She advised me to wait to do this until the time was right, so I pocketed the feathers and asked where I could find purple root beer. Again, she guided me to the other side of the large tree where there were only a handful of purple root beer bottles among dozens of brown bottles at it's base. Luna picked a purple bottle, explaining that they were rare and ideal for brewing potions, and that this was why she was out in the woods.

Suddenly, there was a brief rumbling sound coming from the ground, startling me. Luna said that it was just the trolls down below us in the network of caves, brawling over petty differences. She was very calm about it, unbothered, which I found comforting.

Growing increasingly fascinated by Luna's grace and mystery, I offered to help her harvest what she needed. With a modest enthusiasm, she accepted. As we foraged for purple root beers, we talked about random things ranging from personal interests to the mysticism of magic. We connected naturally, and I was awestruck by her delightfully enchanting aura.

Once our bags were filled with root beer bottles, she invited me to come back to her castle. Without hesitation, I obliged and she took my hand and led me back to the path, which we took until we came to an isolated medieval chateau deep in the woods. The castle was surrounded by a lush garden, full of a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers.

Her castle was full of ornate cat decor, pink exotic furniture, colorful tapestries, and various exotic plants. Luna led me down a spiral staircase that had a dungeon door at the base. She unlocked it with a skeleton key and opened it, revealing a store of various root beer bottles and potion vials and other chemicals. In the center of the room was a cauldron, and next to it a pile of large, plush purple pillows atop a furry white rug.

"Welcome to my chamber of root beer love potions!", she radiantly smiled at me. We put our newly harvested bottles on the appropriate shelves. She explained to me that she brewed custom love potions for a living, and that "Luna's Lovegood Potions" were used to enhance her clients' sex lives. Additionally, her potions were also used for enlarging the penis size for male fairies, goblins, trolls and other creatures.

As she was explaining her business to me, we presently heard a muffled meowing sound coming from a corner of the room. We looked under a wooden table and found a pit filled in with bricks and mortar.

"Looks like the damn trolls came and punished my my pussycats again," sighed Luna. "Quick, grab a couple brown bottles of root beer so we can liberate them!"

On either side of her were two long-haired smoky grey cats with blue eyes clinging to either loop by their front paws on either side of her, stretched and spinning rapidly, their tails looking like furry helicopter blades spinning.

This gracefully chaotic scene of aerial acrobatics was an entertaining enchantment. Mystified by the graceful movement of Luna as she spun with wild precision, I watched as she let go of the loop and landed on the floor, her bare feet balanced on the wooden boards beneath her. Unlike anything I had ever seen, I felt inadequate and unworthy.

"We need to expose ourselves and become vulnerable. Our clothes are artificial, so they are deemed impure," said Luna. She began to undress.

"So... we have to be naked for this?" I inquired in a somewhat flirty tone.

Luna looked back at me over her bare shoulder as she dropped her clothes to the ground. "Yes... it's worth it," she whispered.

There was no one at the ordering counter, but there were large mugs filled with green tea. I took one and began wandering around the shop.

Most tables had green "organic" computers that were based on biological components. As I wandered around, I spotted Dakota Fanning curled up in a seat at one of the tables typing away on one of the organic computers. Intensely focused on her task, she seemed unaware that I was there.

I sat down at the end of her table. We were the only ones in the place, and I could have sat anywhere else. But NOOOO... I just HAD to chose the same table Dakota was sitting at. As I sat down, she stopped typing and she calmly looked at me with her adorably round blue eyes.

"Can I help you?" Dakota asked, seemingly a bit uncomfortable.

My silent dumbass self didn't answer, dumbfounded by Dakota. I just sat there at her table... staring at her, sipping on my green tea.

After a brief but awkward pause, Dakota went back to her typing. I continued to stare awkwardly at her, obsessed with her calm focus and curious about her coding.

Placing my elbows on the table and placing my chin on my wrists, I blurted out, "Watcha writing?"

Dakota looked even more annoyed than before, but in a calm voice, she said, "A coda to save my sister."

"Is your sister in trouble?" I asked, puzzled by her answer.

"Yes. Elle was kidnapped by Bob Dylan and I have to code a coda for a grand finale to win her freedom," Dakota said, clearly feeling simultaneously sad and stressed.

Seeing she was in the middle of something important, I felt it was best not to disrupt her focus anymore. I wanted to at least be available to her in some way as yet unbeknownst to me, so I decided to remain seated in silence at her table.

So there was Dakota coding a coda, carefully crafting a masterpiece to save her sister. Sitting in silence, she occassionally shot me a side-eye glance, and I did the same. Her side-eye glance was adorable, and I couldn't get enough of it. As she typed away, we kept returning side-eye glances to each other.

As I waited for cute Dakota to finish her coda, I noticed a few TVs mounted on a wall. I noticed a commercial on one of them that had a pair of sisters talking about their raptor repair and rose repository business. It caught my attention for a moment, but I was more focused on staring at Dakota in hopes of making her fall in love with me, much like a crackhead outside of a 7-11 making strangers uncomfortable with intense soul-piercing stares.

Dakota eventually finished her coda, saved it to a "biological network", and gathered up her things to leave. Like an overly attached lost puppy, I followed her out of the cafe, asking if there was anything I could help her with.

With obvious reluctance, Dakota said that I could help her find the "bio-drive" she stored her coda on. The data for her coda was too large to send directly to Bob Dylan, so she had to physically retrieve it and deliver it to Bob in order to liberate her sister.

We walked out of the shopping center and up into the surrounding hills. The terrain was rugged, and the hills were heavily forested with evergreen trees. We climbed up a steep hill which had a concrete data center that was seemingly being overtaken by nature, as there were trees and vines growing from it.

Dakota found an open window and we climbed inside. The structure's interior was cavelike, and there were roots and vines carpeting the walls and ceiling. As we explored the structure, we found rooms filled with computer servers that seemed to be growing from the walls. I found a hexagonal-shaped green disk drive that had a flashing purple light. I pulled it loose from the vine it was attached to.

"Is this it?" I asked.

"Yep, now we have to deliver it to Bob Dylan's cottage, which is near here." Dakota took the drive and put it in her pocket.

We exited through the window we had entered, and made our way up and down a few more hills, until we came to a rugged log cabin that sat atop a pointy grassy hill. The place looked as if it hadn't been occupied for years.

Dakota knocked on the nearly-rotten wooden door. To our surprise, Elle Fanning answered the door with a wide grin, her eyes sparkling in the evening light. She welcomed us inside, and it was evident that there was no sign of Bob Dylan anywhere.

Perturbed, Dakota asked her sister what was going on. Elle, laughing, explained that she had "punked" her by faking her own kidnapping in order to test Dakota to see if she would save her. Dakota, looking seriously annoyed, asked what the point of the coda was, and Elle said that it would be useful for their next podcast.

Disregarding the posted speed limit, I was driving down a desolate desert highway in a bright red 1989 Firebird Formula. I was headed west toward Hollywood. As I drove in silence, I was alone in my thoughts. Uncertain about my future, I had decided that I was done with my old life of constantly feeling neglected, misunderstood, and ostracized from the religiously conservative community I had now abandoned.

I was driving across an endless desert of desolation and derilict dreams. Everywhere I looked, the wide world was a wasteland of deteriorating dystopian emptiness, devoid of life and prosperity.

The road ahead of me was uncertain, but I knew it headed west, toward Hollywood. I had learned that there were opportunities for ambitious dreamers and doers, and I wanted to be a part of it.

I came to a gas station that was in the middle of nowhere that was surrounded by several scraggly, dying trees. I went inside to pay for gas and buy myself a 6-pack of root beer. As expected, there was no one around, so I left a solid gold coin on the counter, filled my tank, opened a root beer, and continued driving.

Speeding along, I passed through the Rocky Mountains in mere minutes, and then I arrived in Los Angeles. When I got there, I found that it, too, was a ghost town. Exploring the unfamiliar city, I saw only a handful of people walking around.

Where was everyone? Was there something going on that I was unaware of?

I found a hotel to stay in where I booked a room indefinitely. In the hotel lobby, I found Elle Fanning waiting to help me with my bags. "Can I help you with your baggage?" she asked.

"No, I'm good," I replied, being someone that was accustomed to doing everything solo.

"It's my job. I want to help," she said, smiling warmly at me.

"I have no baggage," I insisted.

Elle pointed at the luggage in my car. "Yes, you do. Let me help you with that."

I clearly misunderstood her. With a bit of hesitation, I allowed Elle to help me unload my luggage from my car. As she did so, she asked where the three sisters were that she had seen me with earlier. I was clueless as to what she was talking about, so I dismissed her question and asked if she knew how I could establish myself in LA.

Elle told me about a new class that was being offered at a local video store. She warned me that it was meant to test our creative limits and integrity, and that very few ever finish it with success. Those who fail would be doomed to a life of homelessness and shame. So... no pressure, then.

Thinking I would be late to the class and miss my opportunity, I sped recklessly through LA, running red lights. The streets were still empty, and virtually no one was around. Where had everyone gone?

I came to a video store that was built into the side of a hill, and on the hill was the Hollywood sign. The video store was illuminated with bright neon signs, and it's roof was a parking lot. I parked, and found the entrance that led downstairs into a vast open space full of rows of shelves. In the center of the store was an open space that was clearly being used as a classroom area, as there were whiteboards and school desk chairs.

Finding that I was early and the class hadn't started, I decided to browse the store. On the shelves were both books and DVD or Bluray cases. As I looked closer, it occurred to me that the books were bundled together with their corresponding movie adaptations.

Then, I heard an alarm go off that sounded like a couple chipmunks getting into a ferocious fight. It was time for the class to begin. I took my seat in the front row. There were a couple dozen other students there, all full of ambition and dreams, and we all waited in anticipation for the teacher to arrive. As we waited, I noticed that they were all half my age, and I began to feel out of place.

In walked Reese Witherspoon, with books and teaching materials in arms. She set her stuff down on the teacher's desk, and she looked at me and smiled, and I felt seen. We locked eyes, and I immediately fell in love with her sparkling blue eyes.

Reese introduced herself and asked us to raise our hands if this was our first class in Hollywood. Around half of the class raised their hands, myself included. She went on to explain what we would be learning throughout the course.

Our first lesson was about brainstorming ideas, so we were given worksheets. For some reason, I had crayons with me, which I used to draw stick figures. Then, it was time for a "snack break", so I said that I wanted "chickie nuggies and chocky milk". I felt like such a child.

During the break, I noticed that everyone else around me were drawing masterpieces, while I only had scribbles and stick figures. I became stressed, and I feared that I would fail the course and become a crackhead staring at strangers outside a 7-11. I began to cry, not knowing what to do.

Reese noticed me, and she came over and comforted me. She was so very warm and gentle and playful. I felt, for the first time in many years, accepted.

The class met every day, and every day I went to and from my hotel where Elle greeted me in the lobby and escorted me to my room. We gradually got to know each other, and I began to develop feelings for her.

After every class, I would stay longer so I could get to know Reese better. I was the most stressed out student she had in the class, as I seemed to struggle the most since I was new to the film industry. We connected naturally, playfully flirting with each other. I was developing hots for teacher! How inappropriate of me.

One day, after everyone had left the video store, I asked Reese how a sex scene was made. She sat on the edge of her desk, wrapped her legs around my waist, and looked at me with a fiery desire. "Like this," she said in a seductive tone.

Out of a deep fear of uncertainty about the future, I suddenly panicked. I checked out of the hotel, got in my red 1989 Firebird Formula, and sped recklessly into the desert. Feeling deeply guilty about abandoning Reese and other potential opportunities, I wandered the desert, alone and in solitude, until I withered away and became nothing more than dust, obliterated by countless years of isolation.

Then I woke up. THE END.

I had a dream that felt like "Red Dawn" meets "1984".

Living alone for much of my life, I was content leading a solitary life of minding my own business and prioritizing my privacy. I rarely went out, except to get groceries and go to the gym. I did not need anyone, and I loathed being expected to comply to conventional thought and social standards.

My home was average, and I was content with that. Situated on the outskirts of town, there were empty fields nearby, and I enjoyed the silence and serenity.

Today I was in a mood to leave the confines of my home and go see a movie. I went online to see what was playing, and chose a movie called "Wartime". I purchased my ticket. The movie wouldn't start for a couple hours, so I decided to research a midlife crisis I was having. Lack of sex in my life made me worry about my overall health, so I looked up what would happen as a result of a lack of intimacy. I found out that my penis would likely shrivel up, fall off, and turn to dust from lack of "use". Also, my penis would be at risk of spontaneously combusting and flying away from being overworked. Although I wasn't concerned about the latter, I found this information useful.

As I was reading about spontaneously combusting wieners, I overheard a news report on the TV about a rapidly growing threat of invasion by "the Enemy", but I ignored the warnings.

The time had come to head out. I got in my 2011 Ford Escape and got on the highway. As I drove past an open field, I saw a several B-52 bombers flying low over the fields. I thought this was odd, but I kept going toward the theater.

Once I got to the theater, I showed them my ticket to "Wartime" and got myself a giant salted pretzel and an extra large root beer. The war movie lasted three hours, and I was oblivious to the events of the world outside. For three hours I was minding my own business, living my life on my own terms, free from the chains of obligation and expectations.

Once the movie ended and I left the bliss of the theater, I found that the entire world had changed. The world was very much a reflection of the movie I had just watched - it was a warzone, full of chaos, fires, and an unknown enemy taking over and enslaving everyone to conform to their rules.

As stealthily as I could, I made my way back to my home. I passed the fields, which were now occupied by a fleet of B-52 bomber jets. Out of some of them were enslaved captive women in chains being marched by The Enemy toward my home. I parked in the field, made my way through the maze of parked planes, until I came to my home, which had now been transformed into a concrete prison.

The Enemy forced me to my knees, angrily pointing guns at me, and imprisoned me in my own home. They explained to me that my home was now a breeding ground for their people, and that they wanted me to spread my seed and impregnate their captive women so they could grow their numbers.

I was placed inside a drab, plain concrete chamber that was devoid of any humanity. I was placed under careful surveillance, my dignity and privacy stripped down to nothing, my vulnerability exploited. The Enemy was spying on me in my own home, watching my every move.

One by one, naked women were placed in the chamber with me, and I was coerced into impregnating them. The Enemy's strict rules were that I could only do "doggy style" with them, and that any emotional connection was forbidden. On a couple occasions, if a woman tried to make eye contact with me or showed even the slightest hint of romantic interest, she was taken outside and executed by firing squad. This infuriated me deep down, but I refrained from showing any emotion outwardly.

Day after day I was fed bland food, and forced to fornicate captive women. The depravity of the Enemy's coerced emotional severance and prohibition of proper intimacy knew no bounds, and I began to feel a deep rage grow within me. While clapping sounds resonated within the cheerless chamber, I found myself lost in thought, devising a plan of escape. The Enemy had stolen my time, privacy, and dignity. I would have my revenge.

The Enemy did not know the inner sanctums of my home, and I knew this. They were unaware of my secret lair of solitude that I had hidden deep under the house. They did not know what sort of tools of brutality I kept down there.

From the constant fornicating friction that I endured, I felt my penis flare up, and I grew concerned that it could spontaneously combust and fly away at any time. I told the guard about it, so I was allowed to get a shower. This happened almost daily, so I used the opportunity to learn about the Enemy. My bathroom was located down the hall, and as I passed by other rooms, I saw that the women I had already impregnated were locked within them.

I also saw the Enemy's propaganda posters hanging in the hall, which had religious scripture quotes and messages of anti-freedom and hatred toward those who wanted to live freely and openly. It became evident to me that the Enemy's focus was primarily control through religious rules and regulations.

After a while, through diligent observation, I developed a keen understanding about the Enemy's intention and routine. I now had enough information, and it was time to execute my plan.

To my advantage, the Enemy hadn't modified my bathroom. One day when I was allowed a shower, I ran the water to muffle any sounds. I lifted the shower floor up to reveal a staircase that led down to my secret lair. I went down and found my stash of secret weapons. I had crates of bottles of my "special" root beer, boxes of hammers and sickles, and a bazooka with a silencer attached to it.

I took a couple crates of root beer upstairs, which I shared with the Enemy. When I saw that they were becoming intoxicated, they became aggressive toward each other. I snuck back down into my lair, and I heard the Enemy brawling, followed by rapid gunfire.

I grabbed boxes of hammers and sickles, and brought them upstairs, where I found that the Enemy had shot each other to death. I found the keys, and I liberated all the women from their prison cells, and I armed them with hammers and sickles, which they could use to defend themselves in the world.

After all the women had been freed, I went back down to my lair and got my bazooka-silencer, and went to the fields where I blew up the Enemy's fleet of B-52 bombers.

Like a seriously underestimated badass MOFO, I walked away in ultra slow-motion from the field of bombers engulfed in flames behind me.

Then I sat in the field chill as hell, sipping on a bottle of green tea, and watched the Enemy's fleet burn to ashes.

Then I woke up. THE END.

I had a dream about a town of towering egos and a tsunami.

Simply minding my own business, I was sitting alone at a milk bar, drinking root beer flavored milk. I felt eyes on me, and I knew I was being spied on, but everyone else in the bar couldn't hide their discreet spying from me. I knew what they were up to.

Once I finished my root beer milk, I went out into the streets, and I saw that the town I was in was made of glass towers that were shaped like pedestals. They varied in size, and I knew that the larger the pedestal was, the larger the ego was of it's occupants.

As I walked along, I saw propaganda posters plastered all over that declared that all cats were strictly banned due to their sinful and dangerous nature, and that if anyone found one, the cats were to be punished, tortured, and executed. Cats were automatically guilty, and proving their innocence was outlawed.

I came to a public square where there was a crowd of dogs and their owners gathered around a concrete platform. Upon the platform was a black cat being butchered alive as the crowd cheered on. Just then, a tornado siren sounded, although the weather was fair and there was no clear indication of imminent danger. Instinctually knowing something was amiss, I headed toward my tower.

As I made my way home, I found that the streets were overrun with rats, as there were no cats to control the pest population. Even as I entered my tower and began climbing the stairs, I found rats everywhere. As I ascended the tower, an overwhelming sense of dread came over me. I looked through the glass wall to see an enormous tsunami barreling toward the town. I could see the people panicking in the streets below, and many entered my tower, like mindless zombies in pursuit of me.

Did they want me to save them? They had ordered me to live in this pedestal-tower, expecting me to conform to their ways and ideals, where mere moments before, I had witnessed some of them behaving cruelly toward kitties, and many more of them simply allowed it to continue, indifferent toward the ongoing torture.

I sealed myself inside my loft at the top of my pedestal-tower, and the thunderous roar of the wave swallowed the entire tower. I could hear the "thuds" of bodies pounding against the walls... and then silence.

The wave receded, and I looked out and saw that anyone caught by the wave had been turned into baby sharks, flapping helplessly on the ground and atop towers.

The moment I left my loft, I morphed into a black cat and I went about the town, eating all the sharks. For every shark I devoured, I grew a little bit more, until I became as large as Godzilla. I was now "Catzilla", and I toppled all the towers in the town. I pushed some over with my paws and toppled others with my tail.

MEOW. HISS. PURRRRRR. The fragile glass pedestal-towers crashed to the ground, instantly turning to sand. The town of glass pedestal-towers had now been reduced to nothing more than a desert of sand dunes, shaped by prevailing winds.

Having had my fill of sharks, I used the sand as my litterbox, and I buried my shark-shaped turds deep in the dunes. The fresh fertilizer caused pineapple plants to spring up, yielding an abundant crop of pineapples.

I picked the pineapple, and I tried to ship it overseas. However, there was a brutal dictator who had imposed a strict tariff on pineapple, so I was unable to export it. Thus, I was stuck with an abundance of pineapple that I was unable to share, and it all rotted and withered away.

Then I woke up. THE END.

It was dusk, and I was sitting at the edge of a field that was filled with a fleet of grounded B-52 bombers that were engulfed in flames. Beside me in the grass was a bazooka I had used to obliterate the Enemy's planes, and in my hand was a bottle of green tea that I was sipping on as I basked in the fiery red glow of the inferno before me.

The Enemy had invaded my home while I had been out to see a movie called "Wartime". Presently, as I sat contemplating why they had targeted and violated my home in particular, I was overcome with a feeling that the unfounded hatred toward me would continue. The Enemy's hatred and propaganda was widespread, and I knew more of them would soon come seeking retribution.

I went back into my home, which the Enemy had converted into a prison. The intruders had shot each other to death because I had given them my special root beer earlier in the evening. I needed answers as to why they had targeted me. I found their operations room, which I could use to gain access to the data they had on me.

As I began sifting through the documents, I discovered a disturbing and disgusting truth: they had been watching me longer than I had anticipated. They had infiltrated my home with surveillance, violating my privacy. They had been tracking my every move, for years, whenever I left my home.

Growing increasingly enraged, I also discovered that the Enemy had been spreading falsehoods about me, with the objective to isolate me from the world. They declared that I was a predatory weirdo who only deserved imprisonment and punishment. The Enemy's general consensus was that, due to my "weird" behavior, I was a threat to their very existence, thus I became their primary target.

All of this despite the fact that I literally always kept to myself, minded my own goddamned business, and refused to bend to their religious dogma. Their false and unfounded accusations. Their spying. Their slander. Their motherfucking gossip. It was no wonder no one wanted to have anything to do with me. No wonder no cared to check in on me.

All I had ever really wanted was genuine connection to the right people. But no. The Enemy saw to it that this dream would never happen, and years of my life of building a potential future had been wasted due to their hatred.

My whole life I had always been the target of bullies, even as a child. I had always been labelled as a "creep", or cold-hearted "weirdo". I was accustomed to being misunderstood and unseen. It was all I had ever known. The Enemy's efforts to break and destroy me were futile.

Now... it was my turn to retaliate in kind and seek revenge. I was a weirdo. A predator. I was full of wrath, and I would destroy the Enemy.

Having gathered all the info I needed on the Enemy, I knew how and where to strike. More of them would soon overrun my home again, so I needed to make my move swiftly. The Enemy was everywhere, so I needed to destroy their central headquarters, in hopes of disunifying their efforts of widespread fear and control. It was time to wipe the smear of religion from the face of the Earth.

My home had never felt like a home, anyway, since it had only just been me living there. I decided to set it on fire, so the Enemy would think I was dead and wouldn't bother looking for me. The Enemy had a few military trucks parked in my yard, so I took one of them and drove to another city where the Enemy had a base camp.

When I found the base, I saw that the Enemy had a much larger fleet of B-52 bombers than the one that had landed in the field near my home. With cunning stealth, I blended with the Enemy and explored the base, observing every conceivable detail about their patterns and routines.

After a few days of learning, I decided it was time to strike. I went to their bomb storage, where I found a store of fusion bombs, which the Enemy referred to as F-Bombs. I took an F-Bomb and snuck it into a B-52 bomber. I configured the plane's auto-pilot to fly itself to the Enemy's headquarters and drop the F-Bomb on them.

Hiding in a hangar and watching as the plane flew away, I became amused with myself that I was getting away with this. The target was a nearby city, which was better visible from the top of a hill that sat next to the camp. I climbed to the top of the hill, so I could get a better view of the inevitable chaos that was about to ensue.

FOOM! The F-Bomb went off, creating a mushroom cloud that glowed greenish-yellow, spilling toxicity over the city. Justice. As the Enemy's headquarters crumbled beneath the toxic ooze and grime, I felt a sense of relief that I would find peace and escape the prying eyes of the toxic Enemy.

Satisfied with the success of my mission and standing atop the hill, I became disoriented as to which direction I should go next. I had no home, and no future.

Just then, the world went dark. The sun had been shining a moment ago, but now it was no more. The sun had died, and now the world would exist in eternal darkness, hopeless and frozen.

As I descended the hill, stumbling in the dark, I realized the pointlessness of my revenge. The End was inevitable, and I felt the chill set in from the utter lack of light and warmth.

Then I woke up wishing I were dead and gone from this hellish world. THE END.

It was a peaceful and calm dawn in a quaint fishing village that sat in a small harbor surrounded by rugged mountains. I was seated outside a veterinary clinic, waiting for it to open. Just as the sun peered over the pine-covered peaks, my lover Katherine walked up the cobblestone road toward the clinic. The sun behind her illuminated her dirty blonde hair with a golden glow. She was dressed to the nines in a gorgeous white short dress, looking sensuous as hell. As we embraced, I was captivated by her warm smile and sparkly blue eyes. It felt like I had been waiting seven years to see her again.

While we held each other, I realized I had forgotten something. I had no pants. I only had on my plain white polo shirt and a black man-thong. As we stood there embracing, she grinned at me as she obviously felt my bulge pressed against her. She slid her hands down my back and grabbed my exposed butt, clapping her hands on my cheeks, making my booty jiggle. Apparently, I had been in such a rush to get to the clinic, that I forgot to put on my pants. Oh well. I didn't need them, anyway.

Kat opened the clinic, and we went inside. While I waited in the lobby, she checked on all the animals that she had been busy healing. She provided them with food enough to last a while. She said her employees would be in later to take over while we would be away on our vacation voyage. Boss Kat closed the clinic, and we went down to the port.

Our ship, called "The Veterinarian Vixen", was a Viking style vessel, roughly the size of a standard sailboat. The deck was plain, with a little door that led to the lower deck. We went below, and the interior was disproportionate in size to the exterior. The style was modern and spacious, with several private quarters and other rooms. There was a walk-in refrigerator, a kitchen, a luxurious central foyer, and a veterinary lab. Kat and I settled into one of the private quarters, which had a king-size bed full of plush purple velvet pillows and sheets.

Once we unpacked our things, we untethered the boat from the dock and began our voyage. The wind would carry us as fate would allow, so we cuddled on the deck, basking in the sun. She laid her legs over mine, and I caressed her soft skin, sensually massaging her feet, calves, and thighs. I ran my fingers through her hair, while slowly kissing her neck. She rubbed my bulge with one hand, and wrapped her other arm around my back. Things were getting spicy, and it was time to rock the boat.

The entire sea could probably hear the clapping sounds Kat and I made. The harder we thrusted, the more the boat rocked, generating larger and larger waves. We rocked the boat with such intensity that a tsunami was created, which headed toward Towertown.

"Let's play Fishers of Seamen," I suggested to Kat. I jumped into the water naked, and Kat followed.

We made love in the water, thrusting with such heat and passion that the water immediately around us began to boil. Just as I was about to cum, I pulled out and ejaculated. My sperm turned into electric eels, which swam away, shocking all the fish in the sea. Both Kat and I, now fully released of any lingering stress from our daily lives, were grinning ear to ear. We climbed back onto our Viking vessel, and continued on with our vacation voyage.

The wind took us along the shore, until we came to sea cove. We laid anchor in shallow water just outside the cove opening, and waded through the water along the base of a steep cliff. The cove appeared enchanting and magical, as it was full of fantastical aquatic wildlife. There were caves along the cliffs, and a few had a foreboding presence about them, so Kat and I avoided exploring them. At one point, I swore I saw a monstrous slug watching from the shadows of one of the caves, but it slunk away into the darkness before I could clearly make it out.

As we made our way along the water's edge, Kat and I came to a boulder, and seated upon it was a young nymphlike woman with dark brown hair and deep brown eyes. It was Kat's sister, Ilayda, and she was dressed in a white dress similar to that of Kat's.

The two sisters hugged, reunited after years of being kept apart. Ilayda explained that she had been held captive in the cove by the slug that ruled supreme there. She was confined to the shallow waters, prevented from swimming into the Deep. Ilayda's true nature was that she was a water fairy, but the slug had broken her wings, disabling her abilities and any means of escape.

Simply by being available and present for Ilayda, the slug's power and grip had weakened. Kat and I brought Ilayda back to the boat, where Kat mended Ilayda's broken wings. As I watched Kat work her healing magic, I was overcome with feelings of both sorrow and happiness. Sorrow for the unnecessarily prolonged pain of isolation. Happiness for the healing and growth that would inevitably come.

Days had gone by, and Ilayda was recovering rapidly. Her wings were functional again, and her magical powers were regaining their strength. She could transform into a blue monarch butterfly at will, which she had been unable to do while in captivity.

Ilayda had taken one of the other private quarters, where she and I would cuddle and play together with a silly and sensual satisfaction. As we became increasingly intimate, I found her youthful energy to be enchantingly nurturing, similar to that of what I had with Kat. I was now in love with two sisters, and I felt enriched.

While in captivity, Ilayda had taught herself how to transform into a cat. She taught Kat and I how to do this, explaining that it could only be done while over water. While the winds swept us away for days, we practiced our transformation powers. Ilayda and I had brown eyes, which became blue upon transformation. So, we each could become blue-eyed pure white long-haired cats at will.

After a week or so at sea, the winds carried us to an atoll. The water around it was mostly placid and clear. There were numerous great white sharks swimming in a circle around it, over and over again.

As we got closer, I could see that the atoll was covered in bright green seaweed that had vibrant and pearly colored flowers of various types, and the flowers had pearls at their center. Floating on the surface around the atoll were giant bright yellow sunflowers. Standing atop some exposed rocks was a gorgeous dirty-blonde woman in a pure white bikini, and she shone and glistened in the sunshine like the flowering pearls that covered the atoll. We had arrived at Rebekah's Reef.

We laid anchor, and Katherine and Ilayda gracefully dove into the water and swam toward the atoll. My clumsy ass did a belly flop, and I ended up dog paddling to shore.

Rebekah was relieved of our arrival, and she was happy to see her two sisters again. I found myself captivated by her blue eyes and enchanting smile, identical to that of Katherine's. She explained to us that she had been trapped on the atoll by the sharks that encircled it, and she survived on sunflower seeds, seaweed, and salmon. She warned us that if we tried to escape, the sharks would attack our ship and sink it, as had happened to her.

So, the four of us stayed on the atoll for a while, unsure of what to do next. Ilayda trained Rebekah on cat transformation, while Kat and I explored the shallow waters surrounding the atoll. We collected pearls, which we found to be of great density and weight. As we wandered about the shallows, we watched the fins of the sharks repeatedly circle the atoll.

I noticed that the sharks fed on salmon, so I came up with a plan of escape. The three sisters and I caught salmon, which we filled with the heavy pearls we collected. The sharks proved themselves stupid, as we easily fed them the weighted salmon. The more we fed them, the less the sharks could swim, sinking down. Eventually, we got all the sharks to stop swimming.

It was easier to swim when we were in cat-form, so the four of us transformed into cats. We had defeated the sharks, together as a crew, and we swam freely to the Veterinarian Vixen. Once aboard fresh out of the water, we were a crew of wet ass pussycats, ready to continue our voyage and see what sort of sea shenanigans we could get ourselves into.

On the evening of our escape from the atoll, a tempest raged, wildly tossing us about in turbulent seas. The four of us remained in cat-form during the storm, clinging on for dear life. We lost much of our food supply, and we had no idea where the winds were bringing us. We were becoming lost.

By morning, the weather had calmed, and we were adrift at sea with no food and hungry. It took energy to transform, so we remained in cat-form.

Suddenly, we spotted a small tropical island that had a Victorian-style mansion atop a grassy hill. There was a dock with a yacht and few sailboats, which we parked at. As we did so, I spotted Anya Taylor-Joy and Cara Delevingne come running down the hill from the mansion toward our boat.

Being cat ladies, the two gorgeous women were ecstatic to see us. They began petting us, giving us all sorts of warm affection and attention. Hungry and sounding like a litter of kittens, the four of us began mewing pitifully. Giving Anya and Cara wide-eyed innocent stares, we looked disheveled from our recent debacle at sea.

Cara and Anya were evidently doing a photoshoot on the island, as there was also a group of photographers there taking photos of the two models. Cara was in a black avant-garde outfit, and Anya was in a bright red mini-dress.

The two women swooped us up in their arms, each of them carrying two of us. Our white fur got all over their outfits, but Cara and Anya didn't mind. They brought us up to the mansion, where we were pampered.

We were fed the fanciest cat food we ever saw, and we were washed and air-dried with hair dryers. Once they were done, the four of us looked like perfect blue-eyed poofy cotton balls.

Now that the four of us felt full and refreshed, we transformed back into our human selves. This shocked everyone at first, but then we were accepted and welcomed to the island. We had arrived at Joy's Isle.

Cara and Anya gave us a tour of the island. The mansion had a greenhouse and garden full of many kinds of flowers and ornamental shrubs. Inside the mansion were rooms full of an assortment of experimental outfits, photography equipment, and props. We went outside and saw the island's lagoon, which was surrounded by exotic plants, and there were a few swings suspended from trees that branched out over the water's edge. Joy's Isle was a paradise.

Katherine, Rebekah, and Ilayda had the time of their life on Joy's Isle. They did many creative photoshoots, modeling various outfits, and they were each full of joy from the freedom they felt to explore their potential and truly be themselves.

Rebekah loved working with floral arrangements, experimenting with and nurturing growth and beauty.

Ilayda fluttered freely about the island in her blue butterfly form, flowing with fun and fantastical fearlessness.

Katherine mended the broken wings of injured birds and healed the hearts of broken beasts.

I beheld their holistic happiness, passionate and pure, and it was all that I had ever wanted for them.

And then I began to smile.

It was a gloomy, overcast day on a tropical island paradise. I was sitting on the porch of a Victorian-era mansion that sat atop a grassy hill. In the distance, I saw a Viking ship approaching the island.

As it docked, I went down the hill to see who was arriving. It was Reese Witherspoon, and as she arrived, the clouds cleared and the sunshine illuminated the tropical paradise of Joy's Isle.

We saw each other, and I was amazed with her gorgeous sparkling blue eyes, so full of life and pure intent, and I immediately knew she would be easy to love.

Reese was in a light yellow dress, and she was barefoot. I, too, was barefoot, and we stood on the deck of her ship, looking into each others' eyes, our souls connecting. She had beautiful hands, which I affectionately held.

She said she was looking to collect flower samples for a photoshoot. Awkwardly, I said, "I can fill your vessel with flowers."

I took her by the hand and led her into a nearby field that was full of a diverse assortment of flowers. At the edge of the field was a rustic double door that didn't seem to lead anywhere.

"Where does that lead?" she inquired.

"I have no idea. It's a mystery. Wanna look?"

"Sure, let's find out."

We pushed one of the doors open, and we saw an expansive desolate field of dying grass. In the distance, we could see smoke rising from wildfires.

"Let's not go in there," I said, closing the door.

Barefoot in soft sand and grounded to the Earth, Reese and I wandered about the field, looking at the wild selection of flowers. As we explored the field, we stumbled upon a rare blue rose. I picked it and gave it to her, and I beheld her beauty as she held it over her heart, for she herself was rare. She locked eyes with me, appreciative of the rare gift, and I could not help but fall in love with her. Running my hand over her ear and through her angelic blonde hair, I softly and sensually kissed her.

I wanted to be sure Reese would have the best quality flower samples from the island, so we contined meandering through the exotic field of flowering beauty. We selected and picked a total of 49 flowers. We arranged the flowers into 7 bouquets, with 7 flowers in each, tied together with white ribbon.

Evening had now come, and I invited her to stay overnight. We started a fire on the shore of Joy's Island, roasted salmon over the fire, and had piña coladas. Cuddled up together by the fire, we made love on the beach under the stars and in the pale moonlight.

The dawn had come, and Reese left on her Viking vessel full of 49 flowers, and I felt fearless as I knew I would behold her beauty again someday.

It was dawn on a tropical paradise island, and the pastel colors of the sunrise blended beautifully with the vibrant exotic flowering plants that surrounded a serene lagoon. Wearing only a black man-thong, I was laying in the sand with my lover Rebekah. She was in a white bikini, her head resting upon my chest. Holding her in my arms, I gently caressed her back with one hand, and played with her dirty blonde hair with the other.

Rebekah and I were alone, as we hadn't had a chance to be intimate since we had arrived at Joy's Isle. Her sisters, Katherine and Ilayda, were likely still asleep in the Victorian-style mansion that sat at the summit of the island. We were on vacation together, and I was in love with all three sisters.

There were a couple swings hanging from branches of trees that protruded over the shore of the lagoon. We got up, and I led Rebekah to a swing. She sat on it, and I sensually massaged her back while affectionately kissing her neck. I pulled off her bikini top, and she stood up and flung her arms around me, her bare breasts pressed against my chest. I could feel her heartbeat increase as we both became aroused, kissing with a fiery desire. We grabbed each other's butts, fell to the ground, and had wildly hot sex right then and there on the beach. Rolling around in the sand with heat and passion, we did a thorough job of getting sand in our butt cracks.

Rebekah and I had an intense orgasm, making such loud noises that we awoke everyone on the island. Katherine and Ilayda came down to see what the commotion was all about. Upon seeing Rebekah and I together, they said that they thought we had sounded like a couple of chimpanzees getting into a fight.

We all went back up to the mansion together, and went into the kitchen. There, we found Cara Delevingne and Anya Taylor-Joy seated together having breakfast, both of them devouring bananas. I was wearing only a black man-thong, and the two women stared at my bulge with bananas in their mouths. They just stared at it. Unsure if I should be embarrassed or flattered, I side-eyed the two models and clumsily grabbed a box of Fruit Loops and poured myself a bowl.

I made eggs for everyone, and Cara and Anya told Katherine about the photoshoot she would be doing later in the day. The photographers and make-up artists were preparing for the shoot, so Kat went with Anya and Cara to get ready.

Ilayda and Rebekah went down to the flower field, where they would pick flowers that would be used in the shoot. As for myself, I wanted to explore parts of the island I hadn't seen yet.

When I stepped outside, I saw a Viking ship approach the dock at the base of the hill, so I went down to see who it was. It was Reese Witherspoon, returning to the island to collect more flowers. I led her to the flower field, where she joined Ilayda and Rebekah in gathering flowers.

I wandered off to explore more of the island, wanting to practice my cat transformation skills in private. Just as I was "powering up" to transform into cat-form, I both sneezed and farted at the same time.

POOT-FFSSTT-POOF! I was now a golden hamster.

Having no idea how to transform back into my normal self, I realized how small I now was. It would be easy to hide, and I could explore unseen. I decided I liked being small.

Presently, I could hear music playing in the distance. Curious, I followed the sound until I came to the edge of a cliff. Below me, at the base of the cliff, was a beach with a huge stage that faced the water. There were thousands of people wading in the shallow tropical waters, and boats of all kinds were anchored along a sandbar.

There was a concert going on at Joy's Isle, and it was Taylor Swift performing "Shake It Off". Most of the audience were women, who were shaking it off by twerking their jiggly booties. So. Much. Booty. I just could not even. I had to join in on the shenanigan, so I scampered down the cliff and began bouncing off of everyone's booty like I was in a bounce house. I was now a golden nugget of a hamster booty surfing and bouncing around in a bootylicious sea.

Once the concert ended, the crowd dispersed and I skedaddled swiftly back up toward the mansion. When I got there, I scampered stealthily, remaining out of view. I hid on the top of an ornate bookshelf that sat in the corner of a great room.

Rebekah, Reese, and Ilayda were in the great room, decorating it with flowers. The photographers were finishing up arranging their lighting and lenses. Katherine entered the room, dressed in an elegant hot pink dress with various black shapes on it, and she was carrying two white bunnies. The shoot began, and I watched as she posed with the bunnies, at the direction of the photographers.

Katherine was wrapped in multi-colored bubble wrap, creating an avant-garde look. As she moved to change sitting or laying positions, the bubbles popped, and Katherine sounded like a bag of popping popcorn. She tried her best to keep a straight face, but could not. She was now *POPKAT*.

As the shoot concluded, the two bunnies transformed into Anya and Cara. It was their turn to do a shoot. Katherine, Rebekah, and Ilayda transformed into cats. Upon doing so, their feline instincts kicked into high gear, and they immediately smelled me, noticing my tiny hamster self. Unaware it was me in hamster-form, they began chasing me.

I scurried, I scampered, and I skedaddled.

In a whirlwind of chaos, the three sister-cats chased me up the walls, under the furniture, and all over the place. Frames fell to the floor. Curtains were tore up. Pedestals were toppled, instantly turning to sand as they crashed. Fires were started. A jumbled mess was made.

Narrowly escaping, I bolted out an open window and into the lush tropical vegetation. I had lost them.

Hiding in the bushes just outside the window, I could hear the sisters transform back to human form, and fires were extinguished.

It was late afternoon, and I was sad because I did not know how to transform back to my normal self. I was very different from them. The three sisters were naturals at being cats, but I was far better at being a small hamster. Were we truly compatible? They could easily harm me. My little hamster mind ran with small thoughts, anxieties, uncertainties, and dumb doubts.

Reese came outside, followed by everyone else. She directed everyone to look for puzzle pieces that were scattered all over the island. Suddenly, I had a feeling of déjà vu. This felt familiar to me, as if I had dreamed this before.

Reese said that the puzzle pieces made up an image of a golden hamster. Everyone went about the island, looking in bushes, the flower field, the lagoon, and every nook and cranny of the mansion. Not wanting to be found, I evaded the scavengers, and chose to remain hidden.

As they conducted their search, I overheard them talking about me. Cara expressed care about the situation, and Anya was anticipating me being found. Reese was real about her feelings, and Katherine, Rebekah, and Ilayda were honed in on my healing and happiness, should I be found.

Then, I realized they were looking for me, because I knew they cared. I emerged from my hiding spot in the shadows, hungry and tired.

Katherine, Rebekah, and Ilayda saw me, and Kat scooped me up in her hand and affectionately petted me, making me feel appreciated. Rebekah fed me a carrot, nourishing and nurturing me. Ilayda transformed into her blue butterfly form, and sprinkled fairy dust on me, restoring me to my true self.

Ilayda returned to her human form, and with tears in my eyes, I knew that I was loved and that I was about to heal. Truly heal. Evening had come, and the sun was about to set. The three sisters and I went to the top of the hill of Joy's Isle and I cuddled with the three of them, and we sat and stared at the vibrant golden colors of the setting tropical sun. It had been so many years since I had truly felt wanted. I had, at long last, found my tribe.

Then I smiled.

Laying awake in my bed, staring at the ceiling, I was zoned out listening to the torrential downpour and faint rumbles of thunder of a passing storm. Isolated and banned from the world, I was doomed to exist without being or giving love to those I desired to be in my life.

As the storm faded away, I began thinking about Katherine, and wandered how I could see her despite the Enemy dictating our lives, imposing inhumane torturous affliction on our emotional well-beings.

Even as I laid there, I could feel the Enemy's watchful gaze analyzing every move I made. I knew they were watching me. I knew that they knew that I knew. Fuck them, their rules, and their laws. I was going to love who I wanted, anyway. It was always inevitable.

I decided to get online and look for a dating service that might stealthily bring Katherine and I together. I got online and scoured the web. I eventually found myself on Craigslist, browsing the Personals section. One particular listing caught my eye: "Egg Hunt for Singles at Lostrooms Apartments". The listing described an egg scavenger hunt specifically for singles looking to mingle. I replied to the post, and I was sent an email invitation that gave instructions on how to find the place, and to print and bring the email to the event. The email concluded with a P.S. stating that Katherine would be there, and that the event was organized by D.A.R.B. - whatever that meant.

Being a gullible dumbass, I was desperate and anxious to see Katherine after 7 years. I got in my decaying 2011 Ford Escape, and followed the directions in the email to the Lostrooms Apartments. Although I had lived in this city all my life, I had never heard of the Lostrooms Apartments.

The day was gloomy and overcast, and I found myself on the outskirts of town that seemed to be in a state of deterioration and neglect. I arrived at a large monolithic plain brick building that had a concrete sign that read "Welcome to the Lostrooms Apartments". The building more closely resembled a warehouse, around four stories tall, and it had virtually no windows. The only entrance was a single metal door with only a small square window. There was no landscaping on the property, and the building was immediately surrounded by a drab asphalt parking lot.

Hesitant to enter, I waited for a few moments. There were other cars in the lot, so I decided to enter the enigmatic "apartment" building.

When I entered, I found myself in a strange indoor commons area, which had a single skylight high above it. The floor was made of dark oak wood, and on either side were multi-level homely apartments facing inward, with balconies on the upper levels. The floor was covered in large white and brown eggs. Something felt "off" about it, and there was a still, eerie silence that unsettled my instincts - something was "off" about the place. There wasn't another soul to been seen anywhere.

Uncertain of what to do next, I cautiously stepped over the eggs, making my way down the endless corridor of seemingly abandoned apartments.

Then I saw Katherine. She was alone, crying in a cage made of barbed wire. I began to cry, full of anger and hatred toward the Enemy who had imprisoned her here in this purgatory. Time had been stolen from us, and I felt wrath rise up within me; I would never forgive for stolen time.

Furious, I clawed with my bare hands at the barbed wire, ripping it to shreds, cutting my hands and arms in the process, and I bled all over the floor. Despite the pain, I kept dismantling the inhumane confinement, and now Katherine was free.

Myself brutalized and Katherine deprived of nutrition, we both needed to heal. We decided to enter an apartment to look for a first aid kit and food.

The first apartment we entered was empty and devoid of life. The walls were bare, painted in a turquoise color. There was no furniture or any decor at all. The lights and plumbing worked, so the apartment seemed "active", although it was vacant.

The apartment was several stories tall with a complex layout, and we explored all the rooms. We found a first aid kit under a bathroom sink on the top level, and Katherine bandaged me up, stopping the bleeding.

Hungry, we still needed food. We thought we might find food in another apartment, so we went back down to the first level, but there was no longer any exit back out into the corridor. Becoming confused and disoriented, we were unsure if we were even still in the same apartment. The layout on the ground level had now changed, and so we began looking in the other rooms.

Each room led to another. Then another. And another. The apartment now seemed to be an endless labyrinthine hodge-podge of empty rooms. The more we tried backtracking, the more lost we became. The place was a trap, and we were unable to escape back out into the free world.

Eventually, we found a kitchen that had a working refrigerator full of bottles of water and cabinets stocked with food. We feasted, and we found a couple backpacks in a closet in an adjacent bedroom. We filled up our backpacks with supplies, and we continued looking for an exit from this endless purgatory.

Time perception didn't seem to exist here, so we had no idea how long we had been wandering the Lostrooms at this point. We ourselves were lost, with no idea of how to escape.

At some point, we spotted a turquoise cat that had abnormally large, round ears and enlarged eyes. We followed it through the maze of empty apartment rooms and hallways, until we came to a bedroom that had a single oak desk with a vintage laptop on it. The cat vanished under the desk, but Katherine and I saw that the laptop had a message that seemed to be just for us.

The message on the screen read, "Seek the eggs of your true desire, and you shall be free." The vague message felt like a hint, so we took it with a grain of salt. The bedroom had a single closed oak door. We opened it together, and we found ourselves out in the corridor covered in eggs.

The eggs all looked identical in the endless corridor, but Katherine and I examined them all, searching for any sign or distinction that set them apart from the rest. Eventually, we discovered an egg that was blue and purple with a symbol of fairy wings on it. Just as I was picking it up to put it in my backpack, the egg cracked apart and out popped Ilayda, who was in the form of a small winged water fairy! Being only several inches tall, she grew to her regular size.

Ilayda was now free from the confines of her small egg, and she joined Katherine and I on our egg hunt.

The search went faster, now that there were three of us. Not long after finding Ilayda, we found another distinct egg that was blue with a sunflower on it. I cuddled the egg in my arms, and it cracked apart. Inside was a real sunflower that had a fading glow, and the flower seemed to be drying up. I watered it, and then the sunflower transformed into Rebekah, and her hair had a golden glow.

All three sisters were now free, and I was ready to escape this Purgatory and build a life with them. We wandered the endless apartment corridor for an unknown amount of time, hoping to find the exit.

The turquoise cat reappeared, and guided us through the eggs until we came to the same door I had entered earlier.

The door was closed and locked. It seemed we still needed a key to escape. Now that we knew where the exit was, we searched for another unique egg. Not more than a few yards from the door, Katherine found a golden egg with a key symbol on it.

The egg was solid gold, so we huddled together, using our body heat to melt the gold into a key. Together, we unlocked the exit, and we stepped forth into the shining dawn of our future together.

We were no longer lost in the Lostrooms.

We were now free.

Alone, sitting at a dark wooden table in a gothic dining room, I was acutely aware of the grotesque gargoyles staring at me from their perches in the upper corners of the room. The deathly silence of the space was overshadowed by the sound of rain pelting the vaulted stained glass windows and an occasional rumble of thunder.

Before me on the table was a bowl of crimson soup with ten eyeballs floating in it. As I shifted my gaze about the room, observing the ornate and intricate decor, I noticed that the eyeballs followed my movement, seemingly side-eying me.

Hungry, angry, and isolated, I was ready to feast. I put an eyeball in my mouth and bit down, and it popped in my mouth with a burst of gushing fluid. OM-NOM-NOM. So juicy.

When I swallowed the first eyeball, I was shown a vision. It was several memories of my past, blurred together, where I had been called "creep" simply for side-eyeing or merely glancing at women I had a crush on. These memories stretched back to my childhood, so I knew I had always been perceived as a "creep" for much of my entire life.

I popped a second eyeball in my mouth and, again, I was shown another memory. This one was of an incident I had in my early 20s while working at the local zoo. A female zookeeper complained to my supervisor that I was making her uncomfortable with my staring at her. I had been completely unaware of this, and from then on, I disciplined myself to catch myself when staring at women I found beautiful and intriguing. Apparently, I was a creep and a predator.

The third eyeball was harder to chew, but it showed me another memory from my childhood. I had stolen candy from a 7-11 convenience store, which I gave to my sisters. When I returned later, I was brought into their office, where I was scolded by a cop. From then on, I knew there were consequences for poor choices.

Upon swallowing the fourth eyeball, I was shown yet another blur of childhood memories. While in first or second grade at a neighborhood elementary school, I was kissed by a girl who evidently had a crush on me. Although I had no idea why, I was the one that got disciplined. Upon walking home from school, I was regularly bullied and pushed down by other kids, even as I was completely minding my own business and was oblivious to their reasons for the hate. I was shown other memories, including many other taunts and teases by other kids. So many, in fact, that I could write a book about it.

The fifth, sixth, and seventh eyeballs showed me insights of truths that I had come to accept about my own life. The fifth was a revelation of the fact that I was now 40 years old, and that I had missed out on building a meaningful future with the intent of nurturing intimacy in my 20s and 30s, and that I would NEVER get that time back. The sixth revealed that I had always been perceived by others as a "weirdo", and that I had never been truly accepted and had always been misunderstood. The seventh revealed my sorrowful and melancholic nature, and that I had always been my own savior, stressing myself out for much of my entire life, always having to be my own support system.

The eighth eyeball showed me an insight of perpetuity. I realized that I would always be in an endless cycle of isolation, alienated from the world, incapable of being normal and compliant to complacency.

The ninth eyeball revealed the obscurity of my existence. Why did I allow myself to continue to live in a world where I wasn't truly wanted? Was the sole purpose of my existence merely to be continually isolated from those I truly desired? Where was my future even headed, if there was to be one at all? Did anyone care at all if I lived or died? Would they even notice? Was I always to be perceived as the side-eying weirdo? Was I always meant to exist in the fallacy of finding love and companionship like a normal human being?

The tenth and final eyeball made me aware of my imminent death. I could feel the cyanide I had poured into the soup begin to take affect, and I was reminded that my solitary nature would lead me to die alone, without the presence of any sort of genuinely nurturing soul. I could feel the pain of the poison overtake me, and I knew I deserved this death. I would not live even one more day in pain. NOT. ONE. MORE.

All I had ever wanted was connection and to give love to the right ones.

I keeled over and fell to the floor, now dead at 40 years old, cold and alone.

Listening to the sound of a torrential downpour and faint rumblings of thunder, I was staring out the window, standing in my underwear with my hands on my hips. There I was, proud of myself for the wild pleasure I had brought to Katherine, who was passed out in my bed, wrapped in a cocoon of navy blue Egyptian cotton sheets.

As I stood there scratching my left butt cheek, I thought about the mysterious events of the previous day. Katherine and I had been lost for - what felt like - days in the Lostrooms Apartments, but we eventually escaped with her two sisters. I had so many questions about the mysterious experience.

I had been invited there via email after inquiring about an egg hunt event that had been listed on Craigslist. The email had been signed "D.A.R.B.", and I wanted to know about who had lured me there, why Katherine and her sisters had been imprisoned there, and exactly what the Lostrooms Apartments actually were.

Needing answers, I decided to return to the Lostrooms Apartments. I was obsessed with exploring liminal and abandoned spaces, and the Lostrooms Apartments had given me that vibe.

I packed some supplies into a red and black backpack, including a flashlight, a can of cat food, a camera, and a first aid kit. Katherine was still a passed out blue burrito on my bed, and I didn't want to wake her up, so I left without a word.

Remembering where the apartment building was, I drove to it and parked in the vast parking lot that surrounded it. There had been cars parked there before, but now the entire lot was vacant.

I got my camera out and began photographing the property exterior. I walked around the building, and found that it was completely windowless. It resembled a warehouse, standing around 4 stories tall, monolithic and ominous. There was no landscaping anywhere on the property, and the asphalt parking lot went right up to the building's walls. The only door I could find was a plain metal door that was near a concrete sign that read "Lostrooms Apartments".

I entered the door, and I found myself in a commons area that had a skylight high above it that allowed natural light to illuminate the corridor of inward-facing apartments. The floor was solid oak wood, but unlike my previous experience here, there were no eggs to be found.

The apartments were all identical, each standing three stories high with balconies on the upper levels. Their walls were a dark turquoise color, and they seemed to be in the early stages of deterioration.

As I wandered the corridor, all the apartments seemed unoccupied, and I could not find any office or signage that might point me to finding answers. Then, I spotted a strange turquoise-colored cat with enlarged eyes and round ears watching me from the top of one of the apartments. It paced back and forth on the apartment's top ledge, then it turned and disappeared. I took this as a sign, so I entered the apartment that the cat had been perched atop of.

The interior of the apartment was empty and devoid of any decor or furniture. All the walls were turquoise with dark oak wood trimming. The entire apartment had a musty odor with worn turquoise carpet and an off-white ceiling which had fluorescent lights every six feet. The lights were off initially, but I found that I could turn them on as I found a light switch for each room.

The kitchen had outdated appliances that worked perfectly fine, although the cabinets were all empty. The first level of the apartment had the kitchen, a bathroom with just a toilet and sink, a small dining room, and a living room. The only window was in the living room which looked out into the corridor. The living room had a staircase leading up the second floor, which had two large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms had a sliding glass door which led to a small balcony that overlooked the corridor.

The staircase, which was also carpeted, went up to the third level, which had a large master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom had a large sliding glass door with a small balcony that overlooked the corridor.

The rooms on the upper levels were all completely empty and devoid of any decor. Each bedroom had a small walk-in closet, all of which were also empty. As I was about to descend the stairs from the third level, I thought I saw a movement out of the corner of my eye. The turquoise cat disappeared into the master bedroom closet.

I quickly moved to look into the closet, but the creature had vanished. As I peered into the closet, something seemed off about the back corner of it. As I stepped into the closet for a closer look, I found that the closet turned a corner. The closet actually turned out to be a passageway into another identical master bedroom, at the center of which was the turquoise cat.

As I stepped into the room, the cat descended the stairs to the second level, and I followed. The cat went into the closet of the rear bedroom, and I followed it through another closet passage to another bedroom.

And then another. And another. And another. I was now following a turquoise cat through a labyrinthine hodge-podge of interconnected apartment bedrooms, going up and down levels, through countless identical empty apartments.

Where was I being led? My instincts told me that the turquoise cat would lead me to an answer, as it had done when Katherine and I had been here previously.

After having gone through what may have been several hundred apartments, the turquoise cat suddenly went to the ground level. Instead of a living room, kitchen, and dining room, the whole first level of this apartment was a large empty office. In the center was a single oak desk with a vintage laptop connected to a single ethernet cable that was plugged into the wall.

The turquoise cat vanished under the desk. The laptop was open, and the screen was black with beige pixelated text that read "Property of D.A.R.B., enter passcode to access." Next to the laptop was a folder with a plain text label that read "Department of Anomalous Research of Backrooms".

So that's what "D.A.R.B." meant. What were "Backrooms"? Who was "D.A.R.B."? I opened the folder, and it's contents seemed to provide answers, including a passcode for the laptop. The folder contents were too overwhelming to process at the moment, as I wanted to get back home. I put the folder and laptop in my backpack.

Looking around the apartment office, I did not find a clear way out, and I had no idea how to get back to where I had entered this labyrinth. I found a small door under the stairwell, and looked inside the closet. Inside, there was a ladder attached to a concrete wall that stretched upwards into a black void. Next to it mounted on the wall was an illuminated green sign that read "EXIT", with an arrow pointing upward.

I went into the closet and climbed the ladder up into the void. I used my flashlight to see, and I climbed and climbed and climbed through the seemingly endless darkness.

As soon as my legs and arms began to cramp from the endless climbing, I finally saw a faint light at the top. My head hit what felt like the underside of carpet. In one corner was a square hole, around six by six inches. Peering through it, I could see above me was a small closet.

Pushing the carpet upwards, I managed to lift it up like a trap door, and climbed out of the pit and found that I had ended up in a closet in my own home!

I laid the carpet back down, and went into my bedroom where I found Katherine still cocooned on my bed.

It had felt like I had been gone the whole day, so how much time had really elapsed since I had left? Something didn't feel right. My home felt... wrong. The silence felt sinister and unnatural.

I slowly pulled the sheets away from Katherine, and what I saw laying in my bed was NOT Katherine. It was a distorted and frighteningly grotesque imitation of her. The imposter remained asleep, and I quietly grabbed my backpack and went to the closet I had come out of.

To my horror, I found that the void that I had crawled out of had vanished, and there was only a concrete slab under the carpet.

I was now trapped in an alternate reality that I was unfamiliar with. I was lost and had no hope of returning to my real home. Perhaps it was time to consult my newly discovered information about this purgatory I had found myself in.

Hiding and cowering in a closet in my own home, I was terrified of the monstrous imitation of my lover Katherine that lay asleep in my bed.

Something was off about my home I had found myself in after exploring the Lostrooms Apartments. I had discovered a laptop and folder that contained answers about the mysteriously enigmatic complex. Not knowing what to do next, I began going through the D.A.R.B. documents in search of guidance. I needed to get back home, my real home.

As I was glancing through the files, the only sound I could hear was the imposter occasionally shuffle around in my bed. I was hiding in a closet in another part of the house, staying as silent as possible so as not to awaken the entity.

That is what these lifeforms were referred to as in the D.A.R.B. documents - entities - and they were to be avoided as some were dangerous and predatory. My instincts told me that the one dwelling within my alternate reality home was a predatory imposter who wanted to eat me. So I hid in a closet and remained as small and silent as I could. I felt safe being small and silent.

Until I realized I had a forthcoming fart. God dammit. I had eaten too much Taco Bell before I had entered the Lostrooms Apartments. Fearful I would awaken the entity, I held it in as best I could as I packed the folder into my backpack.

Then, I farted so spectacularly loud and explosive that it echoed throughout the house. Suddenly, I heard a terrifying screech from the bedroom, and I could hear the entity move. It was now aware that I was there. Terrified, I bolted out the front door and ran down the street and around the corner.

The entity didn't seem to be following me, so I stopped to catch my breath. As I did so, it occurred to me that there wasn't a single car anywhere to be found in the neighborhood. Everything was familiar, but it wasn't as how I remembered it. Everything was off and felt like an imperfect and empty imitation of reality.

In this place, if this neighborhood was mostly the same, would it be possible that the Backrooms Apartments would exist? Perhaps I could get back to reality that way?

I began to make my way through town, and I found myself walking down empty streets. There was no movement or any signs of life anywhere. I was completely alone, walking through a familiar reality with unsettling nuanced distortions.

Sure enough, the Lostrooms Apartments building was there, but instead of a brick exterior, this "version" of it had a drab concrete exterior. I went inside, and found the interior to be the same as it had been in my own reality.

In my backpack, I had a can of cat food, which I set out for the turquoise cat that dwelled within the apartment complex, hoping it would come and lead me to an exit. And so I waited. And waited. And waited some more.

While I waited for the mysterious turquoise cat to magically appear, I decided to get out the D.A.R.B. laptop I had discovered earlier. It requested a passcode to access it's contents, which I found in the folder that I had also taken from this place. I entered the passcode, and I was taken to a strange screen with an "eye" at the center, which felt evil and as if it could see my every move. Around the "eye" were tables of data.

It appeared that the laptop was a data management tool for the Department of Anomalous Research of Backrooms, or D.A.R.B. As I began to browse the contents, I found that the name of the data management was referred to as the "Backrooms Repository of Anomalous Development", or simply "B.R.A.D."

B.R.A.D. contained oodles of information on the enigmatic Backrooms that I had found myself trapped in, which I had become obsessed and fascinated by. The B.R.A.D. was broken down into five categories of data.

There were "Sectors", which were 17 planes of existence, each with it's own energy ranking. There were "Levels", which were demiplanes that existed within a Sector. There were "Outposts", which were specific locations established by explorers within various Levels. There were "Entities", which were beings and creatures that dwelled within the various Levels. And there were "Artifacts", which were preternatural objects discovered by explorers.

Skimming the overwhelming amount of data, it seemed that D.A.R.B. was registering new data regularly. New Levels, Entities, Outposts, and Artifacts were added almost daily. It seemed that possibilities were endless. There was so much to explore! So many shenanigans could be had in the Backrooms!

Presently, the turquoise cat showed up, and feasted from the can of cat food. While it fed, I looked it up in the Entities database, but it wasn't there. Apparently, it was unregistered.

The turquoise cat finished eating, and led me down the corridor to an apartment with an open door. It led me to a small door under the stairs in the turquoise living room, and inside was a similar portal that I had previously entered.

Trusting the turquoise cat, I climbed up the ladder into the void, using my flashlight to illuminate my way. Hopefully, I would get back to reality this time. I climbed until my head hit the underside of carpet. As I struggled to push up and open the carpet trap door, I found that I had to reach through and push a full laundry basket aside. I found myself in a dark closet full of women's clothes and beauty accessories. I climbed out of the portal, making bustling sounds as I attempted to stand in the crowded space.

The closet door was closed. Unsure of where I was, I cautiously opened the closet door. Suddenly, I heard a woman scream in terror.

My eyes adjusted to the well-light room, and I found myself in a woman's bedroom. Wide-eyed with terror and curled up in fear on her bed was Ilayda! I, too, was startled by this unexpected revelation. She must have heard me jostle about in her closet, which certainly would have terrified her.

Ilayda threw a pillow at me in a panic, pelting me in the face. It took a moment for us both to realize that there was no danger as we stared at each other in confusion.

Befuddled by the bizarre incident, I beheld the beauty of Ilayda as she began to relax on her bed after the heart attack I had just inadvertently given her. She was in a leopard print dress, looking wildly sensual with her long dark hair down. Nearly in tears from the terror, she began to smile at me.

I set my backpack down and sat on her bed and held her in my arms, comforting her.

"There you are. I was just thinking about you," she said with tears welling up in her eyes.

I kissed her on the cheek, running my fingers through her hair. "How long have I been gone?" I asked.

"Several days. Kat and Bekah are out looking for you right now. They're posting missing person flyers around town."

Several days? It had felt like less than a day that I had been trapped. Perhaps time flowed slower there than it did in reality, I theorized.

Looking into Ilayda's deep brown eyes, it was evident she wanted intimacy, and I did too. Holding each other in her bed, we kissed with a sensual passion.

Then, she started laughing. "What's so funny?" I asked.

"I was just thinking of you, and then you literally manifested out of my closet."

I got out of my 2011 Ford Escape and began taking photos of the derelict property. I was alone, as I had been for much of my life, so I was accustomed to living a life of solitude and isolation. I had no family, not a single soul ever checked in on me or showed any genuine interest. I was kept in the dark, permanently. I had no reason nor intention to return to the world. I would die here, abandoned and isolated and alone, and I was at peace with that.

The defunct farmhouse was in such disrepair that parts of it were collapsing. Apparently built in the early 1920s, the house had clearly been abandoned for decades.

Outside, the chaos of the storm created difficulty for me to get steady shots of the exterior. I found a gaping whole in the house where a door had been, so I entered the dead house.

As wandered in, I found it to be eerily still and silent compared to the exterior turmoil. The kitchen had appliances from the 1960s, which seemed to be when the property had been abandoned. The living room had a couch covered in plaster that had fallen from the decaying ceiling, and the floor itself was collapsing.

I took some pictures, but the silence of the forgotten memory of the home was unsettling and tore at my soul. It was a literal reflection of my life. Now being 40 and forgotten, I had only uncertainty and no hope for the future - just like this dead home.

I made my way up a flight of stairs that were surprisingly intact and could support my weight. The second level had three bedrooms and a full bathroom. A couple of the rooms had giant gaping whole with the roof caving in, allowing the elements to further deteriorate them.

One bedroom was still fairly intact, and it was a bright bloody red color. On one wall was spray painted the words "Sex Dungeon" with an arrow pointing to an open closet door.

Looking into the closet, I could see a broken down wall that appeared to lead to a hidden passageway behind it. Curious, I climbed into the dark passage, which led to a narrow spiral staircase that descended into a void.

It didn't make sense to me. The hidden stairs shouldn't exist, as the living room was directly below the closet. Against my better judgement, I decided to explore the deep void.

I used the light on my camera to light the passage, and I descended the spiral stairs into the void. The further down I went, the more I could make out stone walls around the stairs, seemingly manifesting as I descended.

Eventually, I came to the bottom of the stairs, where I found myself in a dank subterranean stone corridor that had wrought iron torches along the walls, and next to the torches were open medieval wooden doors. I was now in a literal dungeon somewhere beneath the abandoned farmhouse.

With caution, I made my way down the corridor, peering into each door. Each door opened into a chamber, each with different themes that pertained to erotic pleasures. Some had beds at their center, and some had various BDSM equipment and toys.

I came to a chamber that was pink and plush. There was a lone red light suspended from the ceiling over a circular bed with pink velvet sheets. Only the bed was well lit, and the corners of the room were in shadow. There were cuffs, whips, and other bondage toys on and around the bed, and there was a leather swing suspended from the ceiling next to the light.

In two of the shadowy corners of the room were two blow-up dolls seated on pink plushy stools. I could barely make them out, and they seemed to be watching me, unsettling me.

All the rides were operating on their own, and the entire park was devoid and empty of any other soul. I was the only one there, so I had the whole place to myself. Being an introvert, this was paradise to me, and I knew I wouldn't have to wait in lines. I was perfectly chill being alone with no companionship.

I first went on some steel rides. One of them was an altered version of "Magnum XL 200", which is a steel coaster at Cedar Point. This one had sentimental value to me, as it is the first large coaster I had ever been on as a kid, which was with my dad, who had bribed me with ice cream to get me brave enough to go on it.

After getting my adrenaline going, I took a break by stuffing my face with a funnel cake with blueberry topping.

Then, I went to the top of the Eiffel Tower replica, where I could see the whole park. It went on for miles, and then I spotted "The Beast", which towered over the treetops by hundreds of feet. To my dismay, I saw that the coaster appeared to be in a derelict state, it's wood dead and decaying.

Curious to see if I could ride it, I went back down the tower and made my way through the park to "The Beast". When I got to the entry, the sign said that it was open, and I could hear the clacking noises of a train leaving the station.

The line wound through a labyrinthine complex of wooden beams, and then I suddenly found myself at the end of a long and winding line of faceless people.

Is this where everyone had gone? I hadn't seen anyone else in the park, until now. The line moved rather quickly, and I grew anxious about getting on.

When I finally entered the station, I saw that there was a faceless crew of construction workers rapidly replacing rotting wood with fresh new wood. Sounds of saws and hammers rung in my ears as the ride operator excitedly announced that "The Beast" was being resurrected after many years of dormancy.

Finally, it was my turn to get on the train, and I chose the front. Anticipation built up as we ascended the first hill, and then flew down and through the forest, twisting and turning up and down hills. We rushed through tunnels, going in loops, and I felt free and wild in the woods. The ride was rough and rattly, but satisfying.

As the train came to a stop in the station, I noticed things had changed in the last few minutes. The station had already been renovated with new wood that had the pleasing scent of freshly cut pine.

I immediately got back in line to ride "The Beast" again. And then again. And again.

At one point as I sat in the coaster, my dad suddenly showed up next to me. Having died in 2018, I knew this was his ghost, although he looked like he was alive. He said nothing, remaining silent as we rode the ride. In life, he had enjoyed this ride. I remembered the last and final coaster he had ridden before he passed away - the Gatekeeper at Cedar Point. As the ride ended, I said, "I miss you, dad." And then he vanished.

I continued to keep riding "The Beast" for hours. Each time I got off the ride, more of it had been restored to a new state, each time being an improvement over the last, and the ride became smoother as it was improved upon. "The Beast" was coming back to life, resurrected, ready to rush and roar through the wild woods.

Then I woke up. THE END.

It had been several days since I had escaped the Lostrooms Apartments after having been missing for several days. I was curled up on a couch with Katherine and her sister Rebekah on either side of me. I was going through the data that was on the mysterious laptop that I had discovered while in the complex.

We were browsing through the extensive list of enigmatic creatures that dwelled within the extradimensional realm known as the Backrooms. I had told Kat and Bekah about the turquoise cat I had encountered while lost, and how it led me to an exit.

Katherine, a veterinarian, was intrigued by the bizarre creatures, and she expressed an interest in capturing and studying them. I suggested we go back to the Lostrooms Apartments to see if we could capture the turquoise cat for academic purposes. I had previously used a can of cat food to get it to come to me, so perhaps this could work.

According to data that D.A.R.B. had already collected, many of the creatures in the Backrooms were elusive and nearly impossible to capture. The Department of Anomalous Research of Backrooms had groups within that operated on their own, performing specific tasks. The largest of these groups was called L.E.G., which was the Limitless Exploration Group. However, we found no such group that specialized in the capture, care, and study of extradimensional creatures.

Then, Kat and I had the idea for a new D.A.R.B. group. It would be a team of qualified veterinarians who would proactively search for injured creatures, as well as study their peculiar nature while either in their natural habitat or in captivity. This group would be known as the Kennel Acquisition Team, or K.A.T.

Clueless as to what we would be getting ourselves into with the new ambition, we decided to return to the Lostrooms Apartments. Kat gathered up some supplies and a black and blue portable cat kennel. Kat planned to capture it and bring it back to her veterinary lab for study.

Bekah came with us to help, and we went back to the Lostrooms Apartments to see if we could capture the turquoise cat. Once we arrived at the building, we went inside and made our way down the enigmatic corridor of empty apartments.

I led the sisters to the same apartment where I had previously first seen the turquoise cat, and then we sat and waited. And waited. And waited. We had brought a few cans of cat food, so Kat set one out to attract the cat.

As we waited, the two sisters and I brainstormed ideas for future Backrooms exploration shenanigans.

Eventually, the turquoise cat showed up, and it ate from the can of cat food. Once it had it's fill, we herded it into the portable kennel. As we approached the exit to the building, the cat suddenly became so heavy that we could not move the kennel. It seemed as if the cat could not be removed from this interdimensional building.

We released the cat from it's kennel, and we decided to simply follow and observe it's behavioral traits. This was Katherine's very first K.A.T. task.

Katherine returned to the Lostrooms Apartments periodically over several weeks to further observe the turquoise cat. Her findings revealed that the turquoise cat was a benevolent entity that had empathetic powers and acted as a guide for those that were lost.

She observed other explorers, who had become lost in the apartments. They were all led by the turquoise cat to an exit where they had the opportunity to escape to freedom, or they were led to supplies that could pamper them and provide relief.

Thus, Katherine named the turquoise cat "Pamper-Puss".

I entered the data into the Entity database for D.A.R.B., and so the very first K.A.T. entry was created.

The amount of Levels to explore were apparently infinite, and there would be so much to explore. I knew it was possible to get deeper into the Backrooms by going up ladders into a void via any of the Lostrooms Apartments closets. However, it seemed too risky to do so, as there was no way of knowing what dangers lay beyond.

I wanted to explore as a team with Katherine and her two sisters, Rebekah and Ilayda.

Who knows what would come next...

"Kat & Rebekah's Raptor Repair & Rose Repository" was a growing business started by Katherine and her sister Rebekah, and it was expanding. They had been operating out of their apartment, and it was time to find a facility where expansion could be nurtured.

Katherine had also established the Kennel Acquisition Team, or K.A.T., after discovering an enigmatic creature in the Lostrooms Apartments. She needed space to study any strange creatures we might encounter in the Backrooms during our explorations in the extradimensional space.

The two sisters needed to expand and develop their passions. Kat needed space for her veterinary practice, and Rebekah needed space for her growing flower powers and rose repository.

Deciding it was time to find a space in which my lovers could grow and flourish, I needed to gather funds for such an endeavor. I checked my cryptocurrency investments, and found that I had become a multimillionaire virtually overnight. Wow. Amazing. I withdrew the funds and transferred them to my bank, and now I was ready to buy an industrial property.

I browsed around for industrial properties until I found one that would be an ideal starter location for business incubation. Initially, the property seemed familiar to me, so I contacted the realtor. We arranged a meeting for the sisters and I to look at it, and the realtor said that the location was known as "Chambeau 137", also known as "Chamber 137". That name sounded strange, but somehow fitting and aligned with what I was looking for.

When we arrived on site at "Chambeau 137", the familiarity of the place set further in. I had, in fact, been here before. The front part of the building was a two-story office area, and there was a glass foyer area that connected to a warehouse behind it.

Across the street was a milk factory, which was also familiar to me. I had worked in there in my early 20s via a temporary work agency. I remembered the labyrinthine and segmented refrigerated rooms where I moved crates of milk jugs around in preparation for shipping. So many milk jugs there were! Milk jugs all over the place.

Behind the Chambeau 137 property was yet another familiar place, which was a vast ice cream factory with a huge frozen warehouse. I had worked in there as an order picker via a temporary agency for several months in my 20s, and I remembered getting lost in the endless maze of ice cream. I had worked in "ice cream heaven", and I had been there for it.

Chambeau 137 sat right in between two familiar places, which it too was familiar, and I had been there before. This was the very same location where my dad had an office selling insurance in the early 90s. I had a few memories of playing with my sisters in large empty rooms in the basement level while my dad worked. The empty basement rooms had mono-yellow walls, with only stacks of grey office chairs lined up against one wall.

The realtor arrived, and let us in. The glass foyer had a spiral staircase that led to the basement and upper level. It was as I had remembered it as a child. The interior was almost entirely pure white, with a hint of mono-yellow tones.

Kat and Rebekah went into the warehouse portion of the building, while I explored the office area. I went down the spiral staircase to the basement, and it all felt so familiar. I had been here before, and I had a sense of nostalgia and childlike innocence.

I ascended the spiral stairs, skipping the first level, and went straight to the second level. There were several empty office rooms and a bathroom. As I was about to go back downstairs, something strange caught my eye. One of the offices had two walls that didn't quite join together in a corner.

Entering the room for a closer look, I found a sign on the wall that read "Chambeau 137" with an arrow pointing to the incomplete corner. The room itself felt strange and other-worldly, and the incomplete corner opened into a shadowy narrow passageway, only about two feet wide.

Curious, I wanted to see where the strange liminal passage led to. I live for liminal spaces. I squeezed my chonky self through the passage, which turned a corner, and then another, and then I suddenly found myself in the corner of the glass foyer, but on the first level!

Something was off and strange about the foyer. Where the door had been when we entered the building, there was now an elevator. Next to it was the spiral stairs, but now it seemed to go up and down for an eternity in either direction!

Obviously now in another dimension, I wanted to explore some more. I climbed up the spiral stairs for a while. As I ascended, each landing had closed doors that appeared to open onto each floor. Next to the doors were the numbers of their corresponding floor. I stopped on floor 14, and went through the door.

I found myself in a labyrinth of off-white empty office rooms, which were illuminated with fluorescent lighting that gave off a hum-buzz sound. I went back out the door and pushed the elevator button. It took several minutes for the elevator to arrive, but when it did, I found that it had panels of buttons on either side of the elevator door. The buttons ranged in value from positive 137 to negative 137.

Overwhelmed with how massive the place appeared to be, I decided to hit "0" on the panel. I was brought back down to the ground floor, where I went back through the passage. Finding myself back on the second floor in our own reality, I went to find the realtor.

Katherine and Rebekah were in the warehouse area speaking with the realtor. It occurred to me that the realtor was dressed more like a government agent. Who was he really?

I told the realtor about what I had found on the second level. He responded by inviting us into an office so he could explain a few things.

We had a seat at a table in a lobby area on the first floor, and the realtor identified himself as "Broogli", who was really with the "Backrooms Brokerage Bureau", or B.B.B. He explained that the B.B.B. dealt with selling properties that were part of the Backrooms.

Broogli explained that Chambeau 137 was it's own "Level" in the Backrooms, and that it contained 137 floors in both the positive and negative direction, and that it was known that each floor was 137 rooms wide by 137 rooms deep. This brought the total amount of rooms to 18,769 rooms per floor, with a total of 5,142,707 rooms, including the vertical foyer being one.

So then... we would have all the space we would ever need to grow. Broogli said the millions of extradimensional rooms were included with the sale price, which came to only $1.5 million. What a bargain!

SOLD! Katherine and Rebekah and I decided to purchase the property. We had wanted to include their sister Ilayda on this decision, but she was away on a mermaid photoshoot in the Maldives with Mikey Madison.

As Broogli guided us through the paperwork, we suddenly heard a rustling sound coming from a maintenance closet. While Katherine, Rebekah, and I sat in wide-eyed heart-attack inducing anticipation, Broogli just sat there with a smug look on his face.

The closet door burst open, and out tumbled Ilayda wearing a mermaid costume, drenched with sea water. The moist mermaid looked just as shocked as we did.

Once we all calmed down, Ilayda said that she and Mikey had been trying to get underwater shots in a lagoon in the Maldives, when a whirlpool suddenly pulled her in and she was sent through a trippy aquatic vortex, ending up here.

We told Ilayda about where she had ended up, and so we all decided together to complete the purchase of Chambeau 137, as it would become our headquarters for our future ambitions and shenanigans together.
