I had a dream where everything ended, and I went beyond it.
Sitting in deep sorrow and angst, I was ready to end my life. In between two spiraling spire-shaped mountains that shouldn't exist, was a bridge. The bridge was isolated, disconnected from any roads, and it was abandoned and broken. The bridge traversed a massive gorge, miles deep, with a winding stream at the bottom.
Sitting on the edge of the broken bridge, I was tired and exhausted from the endless waiting and false hope for any sort of meaningful future. Time was flying by, and I felt as if I was the only one who was missing out on living and making memories. This, among many other reasons, was why I was ready to go.
I leaned forward and let myself fall, tired of it all. Goodbye, cruel world. Adios.
As the bottom of the gorge rapidly approached, I anticipated the impact, the rush of the air growing more intense.
OOF!
As my body impacted the earth in the middle of the stream, I bounced. The impact immediately created cracks that began to spread in all directions, breaking the earth. Like a rubber bouncy ball, I bounced straight back up, spiraling.
As I spiraled upward, I could see the cracks spreading deeper and farther. I could hear the earth rumble and quake, beginning to break apart.
The further away from the surface I went, the less I spiraled. The spiral gradually smoothed into a gentle and stable floating, and the movement wouldn't stop. I just kept floating, unrestricted, further and further away from the earth.
~~~~~~~~
Drifting into outer space, I could now see the earth in it's entirety. It was now breaking apart, into large chunks. Behind it, a violet void began to manifest, ripping reality apart.
As I began to pass the moon, it too began to break apart. The sun began to dissolve and dissipate into oblivion, and the cosmos and all of everything I could see was ripping apart, dissolving into the violet void.
By now, I no longer had a physical body, only an awareness of the cosmic transformation that was unfolding. I continued to drift, falling into the vicious violence of the violet void.
~~~~~~~~
Time itself had slipped away, dissolved into oblivion. I was now in an endless violet void, with nothing in sight. I felt like I was falling, endlessly, helplessly conscious of eternity. It was impossible to discern direction, whether it be time or meaning or clarity.
At some point, I began to perceive purple sparks, like neurons firing, flickering in the distance. As they drew closer, the sparks morphed into a sea of galaxies.
Streams of stars swirled around me, and I became immersed with waves of galaxies under an endless violet void. Eventually, I began to sink deeper into the galaxy sea, floating and fading downward into a black abyss.
In the blackness, only two identical stars were visible, emitting a radiant violet glow. As I grew closer, the two stars merged into one, expanding and growing rapidly.
I fell into the violet star, and I was now enveloped eternally in a bright and radiant violet glow.
Then I woke up. THE END.
